Must do experience! - I booked this experience very late and was a bit apprehensive when Patrizia asked if I could reschedule. I couldn't and she graciously accommodated me. I ended ip in a one-on-one wine and cheese (and other goodies) tasting afternoon with her on her lovely terrace just opposite the Cathedral. It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend it! She introduced me to Sicilian wine and cheese, and we chatted on numerous topics ... the time just flew by! And she was very helpful in getting me a cab back when I couldn't find one :) I would do this again if/when (fingers crossed) I go back to Palermo!

We had an unforgettable... - We had an unforgettable experience with Patrizia during the Sicilian Wines and Cheeses Tasting in Palermo. From the moment we stepped into her beautiful 17th-century home, we were enveloped by its charming ambiance and historical significance, setting the perfect scene for our culinary journey.
Patrizia’s expertise and passion for Sicilian wine and cheese were evident throughout the evening. She masterfully guided us through six exquisite wines, each thoughtfully paired with regional artisan cheeses that perfectly complemented the flavors. Her deep knowledge of the island’s wine appellations and traditional cheese-making processes added an educational layer that enhanced our appreciation for each tasting.
Beyond her expertise, Patrizia’s warm hospitality made us feel truly welcomed. She created an intimate and relaxed atmosphere that allowed us to fully savor each sip and bite while engaging in meaningful conversations about Sicilian culture and traditions.
This experience was not just about tasting incredible wines and cheeses; it was about immersing ourselves in the rich culinary heritage of Sicily, beautifully narrated by someone who clearly loves sharing her culture with others.

Five Star Tasting - What an amazing evening with Patrizia. She is an amazing host with a beautiful home that makes you feel right at home. The food, wine and cheese is absolutely outstanding. Sicily and Patrizia know these things well. Will book more evenings with Patrizia!

Great local tasting - The experience was really authentic! We were in this women’s home and she told us about the different wines and cheeses we were eating! She is also a very good cook and gave us samples of her homemade caponata, pesto, olive oil and cassata pie. All were absolutely amazing!!! Great local experience!!!

Very High Quality Experience - Patrizia welcomes us into her home for wine and cheese and other delicacies. This is very relaxed and friendly, like visiting a good friend. Learn about Sicilian wine and cheeses. Only the three of us in her lovely home. Very high quality experience.

Palermo hospitality and great wine - we had a wonderful time tasting wine and cheese with Patrizia! She was so welcoming and did a great job of hosting and explaining wines. It was fun to be inside someone’s home in Palermo— beautiful apartment!

Fantastic wine and cheese experience - My wife and I had a fantastic wine and cheese tasting experience with the fantastic host, Patrizia. She has a lovely home across from the Cathedral so not only do you get a great food experience you also are in a beautiful area of Palermo. The three white and three red Sicilian wines along with local cheese’s were fantastic. And to make it even better we were able to keep sampling till the bottles were done, good thing we had Uber to take us back to our hotel. The final treat was getting to try her homemade limoncello. We highly recommend Patrizia for all of her cooking and tasting tours.

Beware of Cats on this home Tasting Tour! - Beware of Cats in this tour!
We paid almost $1,000 for this for 4 of us and showed up to the 17th Century Building... AKA someone's home. There were two cats that we saw, cat hair all over the plates, cheese, and furniture!
The host didn't care that two of us were extremely allergic to cats and said we should have advised them when we booked and they asked if we had any FOOD allergies!
Didn't know cat was on the list of allergies we'd have to advise on.
She asked us multiple times to change our tour time. We booked through Viator and they only refunded us 50%.
If you love cats, this is the tour for you!
