An alternative day to Palermo - Mauro was an absolute legend - he showed me all the off track things that as tourist you would never be able to see. Charismatic personality with lots of insights on Sicilian life and history. Can only recommend!

Wonderful Palermo Guides! - Our tour with Mauro was perfect. He was really knowledgeable about the history of Palermo and also just really kind. He was mindful of not overexerting the older family members on the trip while not making anyone feel badly about it. While we saw the big sites, he also showed us Palermo through the eyes of a local, ducking in to see a hidden Roman mosaic and taking us to a cozy garden cafe for an espresso. He tailored the tour exactly as we needed, made sure we knew how to get back to our hotel, and gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations as well! I highly recommend booking with Palermo Wonders.

Palermo Panorama - What I like is the flexibility of the walking tour and concentrate on the least popular/ known places of Palermo. The three hour walk tour is perfect timing to do and fit it in a busy schedule. Mauro was a very knowledgeable and like able guide.

Melissa - I can't say enough about this host. He went far and beyond what I ever expected long before our trip even started. He even booked a couple dinners for us and reserved secure car parking for us. His communication skills are wonderful and was always willing to answer any question I had promptly. This apartment is in the absolute best location. Close to EVERYTHING! I would highly recommend this to everyone i know. Thanks again for an amazing stay!!

Great walking tour of Palermo - We loved Palermo! Beautiful city and wonderful weather. Mauro is an excellent guide. I think he should run for mayor. Pretty much everyone in Palermo knows him!

Excellent walking tour of Palermo - We greatly enjoyed our time with Mauro who is so knowledgeable and adjusted our walk based on interest and places we hadn’t seen. We were so glad we did this as-we learned so much about the history of Palermo as well as learned something about things today. Mauro was fantastic. His depth of knowledge and passion were excellent.

Above and beyond the typical tour - Couldn’t have been better! After patiently waiting and then finding us in Monreale when we couldn’t find parking, Mauro persevered and spent all day showing us the beautiful city of Palermo. Secret surprises, the main sites - and totally delightful. Don’t think twice - stop scrolling and enjoy your time.
