• Mondello - The highlight of the day is an extended stop in Mondello, Palermo’s cherished beach town, nestled between Monte Pellegrino and Monte Gallo. Once a marshy fishing village, Mondello transformed into a chic seaside retreat in the early 20th century, with beautiful Art Nouveau villas that continue to captivate visitors.

Here, there will be approximately 3 hours to swim in the pristine waters, bask in the sun, walk along the beach, or savor a delightful lunch served on board. Weather permitting, anchoring will take place in front of Mondello Beach or near the Capo Gallo Nature Reserve. The meal features fresh local ingredients, chilled beverages, and—if desired—a glass of exquisite Sicilian wine.

• Riserva Naturale Orientata Di Capo Gallo - Following lunch, the journey continues to the Capo Gallo Natural Reserve, one of Sicily’s most breathtaking protected areas. Established in 2001, this 586-hectare reserve is a sanctuary of biodiversity, home to endemic plant species and caves with prehistoric archaeological importance.

The scenery here is remarkable: dramatic cliffs descending into deep blue waters, secluded coves ideal for swimming or snorkeling, and—with some luck—a chance to see seabirds or even dolphins in the distance. As the sun sets, an aperitif will be enjoyed in front of Capo Gallo’s Lighthouse.
