You will learn how to prepare a Sicilian starter, a First course of fresh Sicilian pasta, and a traditional dessert. At the end of the class, we will sit down and enjoy these dishes for lunch or dinner. The menu is based on the seasonality of the ingredients, regional specialties, and family recipes. Planning a menu according to your food preferences, allergies, and restrictions is possible. Vegetarian and vegan options are available.

Book it! - I talked my friend into taking this cooking class and she thanked me later! We booked this class with Alice and Francesco in Palermo. We arrived at their beautiful home on a rainy evening. They were both very welcoming and gave us a brief introduction to what we would be preparing. Their English was very good which was a big relief! We made fresh pasta, which turned out great and was actually a lot of fun! The sauce we made for the pasta was absolutely delicious! We also made a dessert and a wonderful fennel and orange salad. If you enjoy cooking and eating, book the class! We finished by enjoying the dinner we created with Alice and Francesco. Hands down, I would do it again!

Authentic food and people!! - We made an outstanding Sicilian dinner for 4 people. We learned the ways to combine flavors, create special textures for each food and the significance and history of the Ingredients. They added all homemade compliments to our dinner. Their English was excellent and their home was beautiful. I have lived in many countries around the world so I knew how authentic this couple was being. They have studied culinary arts along with nutrition and the combined this to make a great menu.
They are a very cute couple and Alice contacted me shortly after I reserved our date and time. We discussed my Sicilian roots and the foods I remember from my grandparents. She then put together a minute that complimented my memories.
I very highly recommend this cooking school and these two chefs!!❤️🇮🇹

Outstanding hands-on... - Outstanding hands-on cooking experience for our family of three (two adults and a six-year-old). We prepared and enjoyed a delicious three-course meal, paired with wine, in a warm and welcoming family home. The afternoon was filled with laughter, stories, and genuine insight into Sicilian culture and family life.
An exceptional experience—I recommend it without hesitation. Come with an open mind, a healthy appetite, and a genuine curiosity to learn.

An unforgettable vegan cooking evening full of attention to detail - Alice and Francesco gave us a great cooking evening in a cozy ambience, where we not only cooked very delicious vegan food, but also learned a lot about Sicily and local cuisine.
It was a gift for my girlfriend and for us the first private cooking class. Even though I don't like cooking, I really enjoyed the evening and inspired myself.
For them, food is a true passion, and that shows in every detail: from choosing the ingredients, some of which are picked and grown themselves, to the many recipes and tips they shared with us.
Thank you for a wonderful evening together that brought us closer to Sicily.

Best day in Palermo a culinary delight! - What a wonderful experience with Alice & Francesco. They were extremely knowledgeable in their cooking skills & eager to share their talent. Having cooked Sicilian cuisine for 30 years I originally just went to the class just for fun not expecting to learn new ideas. How wrong I was they taught me new ways to prepare and easier ways to achieve better results. Their passion for food science was evident in the delicious meal we prepared together. I had mentioned to them my love of artichokes & they specialized the menu to include several different ways to prepare them. The time spent cooking with them was the highlight of my trip. I would highly recommend them & this cooking class. Looking forward to visiting again with them next time I’m in Palermo.

Perfecto. - The class and lunch were perfect. Alice and Francisco were so warm and lovely, and their home is beautiful and immaculate. I learned a lot about food and culture, and we enjoyed our lunch so much. For sure, it was the trip's highlight.

Alice and Francesco are incredibly hospitable, we learned a lot about the traditional recipes, had fun preparing the meal and my goodness- all was delicious! This exceeded our expectations.
