Our guide was amazing! - Great organisation, wonderful Safari, ethical and respectful of nature. Isuru our guide did a wonderful job; knowledgeable, he made sure we don’t miss a thing and knew to take us where we had the best chance to spot animals. Thank you so much!

Perfect safari trip - We had the best time. We were picked up at Ella (although a tiny bit later than the allotted time -it didnt make a difference), we made it to Yala before the park opened. The Safari vehicle was comfortable and suitable. Our guide, Isuru, was very knowledgable and shared lots of information about the wildlife in the national park. We were lucky enough to spot a leopard and come soo close to an elephant that walked past the vehicle as well as deers, water buffalos, foxes, land monitors, cows and many many birds. Perfect day. We were then dropped off at Galle as arranged. Would highly recommend.

Good communication and organised - There was proper communication from the beginning with our pick up and drop off locations being confirmed. The driver was good - from Ella to Yala and from Yala to Mirissa. A very friendly driver and a very warm personality. The safari itself was okay - we saw a leopard and elephants and some smaller animals. The jeep did get stuck in the mud (but this could happen to anyone) and definitely made this a memorable experience. The guide could perhaps learn a bit more about the animals and have more passion for the wild instead of just driving us and telling us a few facts about the animals. Also remember - what you see depends on your luck - as this is the wild. Overall, for us, it was well organised and we enjoyed it.

An exciting safari experience - The safari was a great experience with friends, we saw so many beautiful elephants, water buffalo, mongeese, warthogs, jackals and cool birds. Sadly no leopards but that’s ok. The pickup was smooth and very convenient, and the guides was nice and informative.

SCAM - DO NOT BOOK THE SERVICE!!!!! Reservations on tripadvisor have the default dates for the following day. This means that when you want to cancel to put the correct dates, they do not refund you. You contact them and they promise to refund you but they NEVER REFUND. I have contacted them more than 5 times and their response is always "YES MR, WE WILL REFUND".

Reckless driving and non-4x4 cars without equipment for problems - The safari was a disaster to start with they were dishonest we were 2 and they charged us 24,000 rupees (about 80 euros) when in the afternoon we went with another company to another safari the real cost of the park entrance was 22,000 rupees. The driver drove at high speed and with one hand on a dirt road full of potholes as if we were packages without stopping anywhere to show us anything, I told him twice to slow down without success, the disaster of that driving had to come on a road with an area without water and another with water got into the mud and water and the car was more than an hour without being able to get out, the car was not a 4x4 and did not have the rope with a metal piece to hold on to another car, two cars tried without success, the passengers were made to get out into the mud to push, in this situation that having picked us up at 5 we entered the park at 6 and in the mud at 8:30 without see nothing the owner of the company said he would extend the hour but as the car had problems after the mud we were in a cafe and going around in circles at the entrance, he sent us a message that he would give us our money back and he has not done so. We were scared with that driving on a road with so many potholes and we didn't see anything and we paid 80 euros in addition to the safari to enter the park for nothing a disaster, this company has neither drivers nor appropriate cars from our experience and they don't care about the client at all
