Wonderful Cruising Experience - Wonderful experience, the Captain is very friendly and a good cook. We had a feast. Zero complaints, highly recomend the experience. I would recomend planning for a little extra time to get to the marina though as the taxi driver had a hard time finding it.

Best birthday ever! - I recently celebrated my birthday with a boat day trip that was nothing short of spectacular! The hospitality from Captains Mr. Vasilis and his son Panagiotis was exceptional—they made us feel completely at home from the moment we stepped aboard. The trip was not only safe but filled with fun, laughter, and unforgettable memories. We danced, partied, and enjoyed every moment together. It was an amazing experience that I highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect day on the water. A solid 5/5!

Top-Notch Swimming Excursion for All - Vasilis, Hara, and Pantelis were absolutely incredible, kind, friendly, and helpful. They made sure everyone was extremely well fed, they never missed a chance to provide another drink, and they brought us to secluded and calm swimming spots with fantastic water. 1000/10, would recommend, way more than a 5 star experience! We had a group of teens, 20-somethings, and parents, and all age groups had a fantastic time. This is suitable for anyone and everyone.

Thoughtful, Fun, and Accommodating Trip - Amazing. The father and son duo we had were just great. More food than we ever thought we would get that was also absolutely delicious. We never went without a drink or a snack the whole time. We also loved the swimming and kayaking opportunities! Beautiful locations, thoughtful timing to see the sunset, and no rushing from place to place like some other tours. The boat was definitely not as new and upgraded as some, but the crew and the fantastic lunch, snacks, and drinks more than make up for that! Highly recommend!!

Cancelled, but didn't tell me! Very poor communication. - Very disappointing administration, can't say much positive/negative for the intended experience. Booked this Nov 11th for a trip on Nov 25th. All showing as confirmed on TripAdvisor so looked good, although wary if I can cancel up to 24 hours before, then I guess so can the operator. First booking through TripAdvisor for years and in Greece so no idea whether to expect anything further. Flew to Athens, didn't think any more about it. Cycled past the meeting point the day before - a few people about around the marina/boat club. Turned up half hour early on the day - deadly silent; no one about. Messaged operator, no response. Phoned operator, no one spoke enough English and suggested sending an email... I guess it's not happening. Called TripAdvisor/Viator, they couldn't get hold of anyone either. To be fair, the Viator agent tried her best to find an alternative same day but I already knew that was unlikely with the place being so quiet in off-season. Never mind, I'll meander around the coast and marina to make something of my day and hope for better adventures later in the week. I can't say anything of the sailing trip itself. I imagine it may well be very good when it runs, but the company's comms are appalling. That was only the start of the saga however. I agreed a refund with Viator but they needed confirmation from the operator that would take a couple of days. Whatever. Operator messages via TripAdvisor a couple of days later and says it's my fault for not checking it was confirmed. Whatever, the big CONFIRMED bit on TripAdvisor bookings seemed to show that, but clearly that's not how it works. I'd have expected the onus to be on the operator to tell me it's not actually happening, not the guest to check (they have all the info, they make the decision, I don't know how far in advance those decisions would be made). I had a MUCH better experience with another operator who couldn't run a trip due to lack of other guests. They emailed with a couple of days to go to apologise, and were able to fit me onto a trip later in the week instead - win win. Get home and find the refund hasn't been processed. Call up Viator. No, the local operator denied the request. WTF? Apparently I need to speak to them. WTF, that didn't work out the first time? And no, my contract's with TripAdvisor/Viator. Sounds like it could be a chargeback if not sorted pronto. Put in one final chance refund request and gave it 24-48 hours. Refund confirmed before the weekend was out, and back on my bank a few days later. Not at all impressed, but all sorted. I suggest avoiding this firm in off-season where trips may not run, unless you want to do the chasing but have nothing against the tours the actually run as I didn't get to experience that whether good or bad. And always pay by credit card for their protection where TripAdvisor/Viator try to wash their hands of any responsibility.
