Fantastic day out! - We had a fantastic day out on the water! Donut was a great host, as were all of the crew on the boat. We were fed breakfast before we left, lunch, which was delicious and plenty of fruit and drinks throughout the day. Snorkelling was heaps of fun too!

Great sights, sightseeing and team! - We had an awesome day out with Peter and his team.
From the beginning to end they went out of their way to make arrangements clear and understandable. We had fun all day long and they made sure there were enough beverages and snacks passed around all day. Their sense of humour was amazing and fun was had by all. We highly recommend this for a full day of great sightseeing and fun.

a tour for anyone who wants to see a dream island - After being driven by speedboat to the Phi Phi Islands, we visited the Bamboo Island, which is quite inconspicuous compared to what was to come. The actual Phi Phi Islands, especially PP Ley with the famous Maya Beach beach is the most beautiful thing I have seen in the sea so far. The water is really crystal clear and green, beautiful. The beach is when you are there really as beautiful as in the movie. When you do the tour, be sure to pack a pair of swimwear, a bath towel and bath slippers. I'll probably do the tour again because of that. I wish the speedboat driver went a little slower. The beatings by the horror speed were really murderous.

Too many people tourist overpopulation - Beautiful scenery but too many tourists it is a factory a tourist Maya bay and phi phi and it is a shame

Never Was Able to Go - I have checked all of the correspondence that I received from Viator regarding this tour. Every reference was to an 8:30 start time; there was no mention of a 7 am pickup. However, my driver arrived 1.5 hours prior, at 7 am, unbeknownst to me, and this caused us to miss our trip completely. We were told we had to make our way to the pier if we wanted to go, however, from the previous day (it took us 1.5 hours to get to the pier, so we never would have made it there on time. This was a clear miscommunication from the company that caused us to forfeit our trip, so we had to pay for another trip the next day a 2nd time, but with another company.

Horrible experience warning! - They never send pickup time.

Tour shows up at 7am saying they leave in 2 minutes. Horrible experience, never booking with trip advisor anymore. After sending from of them not following their own rules they say no refund. Horrible experience!

Unreliable and fraudulent - We were told that the night before the tour we would get an email stating what time they were picking us up. They didn't do this, and I even reached out early the morning of the tour to find out - with no response. Then suddenly they show up at our hotel while I happened to be in the shower. They waited 5 minutes and left. A couple of minutes after they left, I saw the email and asked them to come back. They declined. They charged us for the tour anyway and would not offer a refund. I would not take my chances on this tour group.
