Your adventure begins with a minivan transfer to Ao Talen Pier at 9.00am, where your kayaking guide will provide a brief on the day’s activities.
Before long, you’ll be navigating the Ao Talen mangrove forest by kayak, experiencing breathtaking limestone cliffs that hang over the water, lagoons, swamps, and more.
The vibrant wildlife here includes a variety of bird species, reptiles, and mammals. Regularly seen in the mangroves are Brown-Winged Kingfishers, Pacific Reef Egrets, Asian Dowitchers, and White-Bellied Sea Eagles. Sightings of Otters, Macaques, Gibbons, and Two-Banded Monitor Lizards are also not rare. Additionally, the muddy, shallow waters boast Fiddler Crabs and Mud Skippers.
