This large swimming lake has a distinct color, with water so clear it appears pure emerald. Most visitors are amazed by the Emerald Pool, a naturally developed sight due to the hot springs. A short walk along a developed path through a jungle reveals the lake. The Emerald Pool is also open to the public for swimming. Like Namtok Ron Khlong Thom, it’s important to note the best times to visit. As expected, this large pool also gets busy with tourists and locals during peak times in the middle of the day. The Emerald Pool is a truly unique body of water, with visibility extending a significant distance even underwater.
- Tiger Cave Temple (Wat Tham Suea) - After lunch at a local restaurant, head to the Tiger Cave Temple. This valley is mostly covered in rainforest and contains many other caves in the area. The Tiger Cave Temple is the main attraction as it is one of the few caves open to the public. Discovered by a monk, it was used for meditation and housing various Buddha statues. During his time in the cave, tigers were found inside and roamed freely. Evidence of this can still be seen in the cave today, with several tiger paw marks on the cave walls. From the outside, the cave resembles a tiger’s paw. The temple is surrounded by jungle, making the journey to the temple grounds enjoyable. Many places around Krabi offer tours to this area, allowing time to explore everything the Tiger Cave Temple has to offer. Conclude your tour back at your hotel in Krabi.

Great tour with enough time to enjoy all the activities - The tour operators were accommodating in changing the date of our trip due to illness. The tour itself was good, but only half of our group climbed to the top to see the golden temple because the steps were challenging. The included meal was well-organized and of good quality. The van we traveled in was clean but uncomfortable, with tight seats and no willingness to swap around. The guide tried to provide information during the journey, but those in the back seats couldn't hear well. Not everyone was aware of the dress code for the temple, but the guide had items to borrow.
