Excellent experience with Marie! - This was a great way to see the DMZ - I was skeptical about this being a tourist trap at first, but the time in the tunnel and at the observatory and seeing the active military zone was completely worthwhile and meaningful. Marie was an excellent tour guide - she spoke great English, was a great driver in a great van for our group of 5, and her passion for introducing guests to Korea was contagious. She took such great care of us throughout the whole tour, ferrying us from place to place on time, taking photos of us, reminding us of the rules, giving us excellent information about Korea and the DMZ, and making excellent recommendations. As a bonus, she told us a lot about Seoul and Korean phrases on the drive to and from. Our group was bummed when the tour ended and we couldn’t hang out with her anymore! Would 10/10 recommend this tour with Marie.

Hands down the best tour I've ever done - Hands down the best tour I've ever done. Eddie was the perfect guide - exceptionally knowledgeable in the history of the area. He made sure the day ran smoothly so we had time at the sites away from the larger tour groups and saw extra areas. He also took expert photos for us at each of the spots so we didn't have to worry about this and could enjoy the experience more. We had many conversations about the history of the inside workings of the DMZ, the Korean War, and Korea's cultural context more broadly, which gave us a far deeper understanding than if we had done a regular bus tour. The timing and overall experience were top class. The luxury car pick up from our accomodation was also great! We were very privileged to have Eddie as our guide. This will be one of the best things we have done in our trip to Korea.

A worthwhile trip to the DMZ - Joseph handled all of the details for us including taking lots of photos and sending them to us afterwards. He was very knowledgeable about Korea’s history and the history of the DMZ and I think gave us a much more in-depth view of Korea than we would have received on a large group tour. Additionally, he spent extra time with us to make recommendations for the rest of our time in Seoul - all of his recommendations were great!

Marie knew so much about... - Marie knew so much about the locations visited during our tour. You could sense the passion she has for her country. There was so much we didn’t know about the relationship between North & South Korea but we learned so much! She was very friendly and accommodating.

Highlight of our Seoul trip - This tour was the highlight of our trip. We are history buffs and splurged on a private tour. We had Eddie who was perfect: From pick up from the hotel in a comfortable car, to all the spots with concierge service, this was quite an experience. Eddie is very knowledgeable and kind and made the experience wonderful. We would highly recommend him and the tour to everyone!

The best Tour Guide in Korea - Our guide, Tiger, was the best guide we could have asked for.
He was funny, informative and very engaging.
Tiger picked us up from our flat on time and has many stories to keep you entertained as you drive north.
As we are a British group, Tiger tailored the tour to stop off and certain memorials along the way which commemorate British troops who have died in Korea. A heartfelt touch which wasn’t originally in the plan of the trip.
It was a day that I and my friends will never forget.
I would highly recommend to book with Tiger if you are planning on going to the DMZ. You won’t regret it.

Excellent day out in South Korea - Tiger was our guide and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell he has a passion for sharing Korean history with visitors. We very much enjoyed his expertise and company. Seeing the DMZ and North Korea with my own eyes, and getting a deeper understanding of the Korean War, were unforgettable experiences.

Won's private tour was... - Won's private tour was nothing short of amazing. Won personally picked us up from our hotel, which saved precious time. DMZ tours are not guaranteed and arriving early is imperative. When we arrived at the pre-registration area, Won suggested we tour the area while he procured tickets. When we finally received tickets, Won gave us all of the pro-tips that allowed us a quicker and more seamless experience. Since there were many tour groups, the area gets crowded, and we were able to do some of the tour in reverse, which meant less of a crowd. Won also added nice touches, such as bringing his own binoculars for us to use. In addition, we had nice chats about our cultures and the state of Korea. Won is extremely knowledgeable about the history of Korea, and the conversations we had enroute to the DMZ prepared us with tidbits to keep in mind as we experienced the complicated site firsthand. I would recommend a private tour with Won to anyone contemplating a visit to the DMZ. It saved us time, and we also were able to meet a kind person on our unforgettable visit to South Korea.

Exploring the Borderline: A Fascinating DMZ Tour - We had an amazing trip with Marie as our tour guide. She took care of us throughout the trip and ensured our safety.
The tour was very insightful and a must when you are in korea. DMZ is a unique experience that we thouroughly enjoyed. The mountain bridge was purely a nature’s beauty that people shouldn’t miss. We went during winter and it was snowing up there, it was very slippery but worth the walk up there.

Amazing tour with an even more amazing host - Five stars are barely enough to define just how amazing Eddie is as a tour guide and human being.
His hybrid professional background in the military and in education makes him exceptionally qualified to lead this tour. His fluent English, exceedingly kind and respectful nature, and robust sense of humor put me at ease as we explored the most militarized border on the planet. Eddie's a true ambassador of the Korean people, and is the primary reason why my first day in South Korea was absolutely incredible. Thank you for everything my friend!
