We spent four hours kayaking with our guide Ben – super friendly and easygoing. The landscape was stunning and way less crowded than the usual canyon hikes. It’s definitely a workout, so a bit of fitness helps – especially in the heat. Bring plenty of water! What we loved most: the peaceful nature and total quiet. Just don’t expect a lazy river float – this one’s for those up for an adventure.
