an unforgettable experience! - The Town Full-Day Big 5 Safari at Aquila with Lunch was an unforgettable experience! The game drive was well-organized, and we got to see lions, elephants, giraffes, and even rhinos up close. The guides were knowledgeable and friendly, sharing great insights about the animals and the reserve. Lunch was delicious, with a variety of fresh options to enjoy after the safari. Overall, a perfect mix of adventure, comfort, and nature – highly recommended for anyone visiting!

Excellent - "This game trip was an absolute blast! The scenery was breathtaking, and the gameplay was engaging and challenging. I loved the variety of levels and the competitive aspect with friends. Can't wait to plan another trip!"

Aquila big5 is very beautiful and having differents animals like zebra, lion, and others

Cape Town to Aquila Safari Experience - Abel our personal tour guide was absolutely amazing. He arrived at our hotel on time got us to and from our destination safe and sound. I definitely recommend this service and ask for Abel he will keep you entertained.

Near safari - Aquila game reserve is the best safari so far in Cape town which is closed to Cape town , I saw a lot animals and enjoying the safari

An Experience - This excursion was definitely a 10/10 experience, and I would recommend it to anyone. I was a little nervous at first, but I felt very comfortable once Abel, our tour guide, assured us that everything would be okay. I read the full description of the tour; however, I disagree with having to pay $163.38 upfront, followed by an additional $107 per person when the tour guide picks us up. It would be better if everything were combined into one total. The wine tasting and food topped off the experience. Overall, we had a great time! This was definitely an experience.

Bad experience and request for refund - I am writing to formally request a full refund for the safari tour I booked through TripAdvisor/Viator on [06 February 2025], costing $323.80.
When I initially attempted to make the booking, the payment got stuck, prompting me to call your helpline at (+1 702 648 5873). I spoke to a representative (Hazel) who not only assisted with the payment but also clearly explained that the booking included a full-day safari and lunch. After the payment was successfully processed, I received a confirmation for the tour.
However, to my shock and disappointment, when my friends arrived at Aquila, they were stopped by the tour operators and asked to pay an additional 3500 ZAR. It was only then that we discovered that the amount I paid only covered wine and transport—without the actual safari tour.
This serious miscommunication and misinformation completely ruined their plans, leaving them with no choice but to leave without experiencing the safari they had anticipated.
Such a lack of clarity and misguidance from a reputable platform like Viator/TripAdvisor is unacceptable. This has caused unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and financial loss. Given that we were unable to avail of the tour as expected, I strongly urge you to issue a full refund for the amount paid.
I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and expect a resolution at the earliest. Please confirm the refund process at your earliest convenience.
