Mixed reviews - Let me just start by saying that this tour was really good. Staff were all fantastic. The whitewater rafting was amazing as was the flying fox. Quad bikes could be maintained better as they cut out alot but otherwise good fun. My only downfall was the elephants, had I have known that there would be elephant riding then a dancing elephant I would never have attended. I understand it's part of these people's culture and it's their income but I think it's wrong personally. The lunch was great though. I'd reccomend it but as long as people know what they're getting.

Disappointing trip - DO NOT GO! This is a shame because the white water rafting team was lovely and it was a fun experience. But the rest is not worth your time. The zip line is about 5 seconds long and a very low height, it is made for small children, so if you have kids great but if not don’t expect anything “adventurous”. The atv place was a catastrophe, the atvs don’t work, majority had either no brake handle on a side or it wasn’t attached properly or they didn’t work or the atv wouldn’t even turn on - I had to try 5 atvs until one actually could function. Then the actual atv ride was horrendous. It’s just driving through puddles in a plantation at a slow speed. You have to stay in a line at a slow speed the entire time, on top of that the tour guide was incredibly rude to everyone. He was screaming the entire time at everyone and was extremely aggressive, to the point he turned off multiple people engines and told them to walk back to base (everyone was at least under 15km/h and it was pretty much impossible to go quicker because he was so slow). I understand working with tourists can be incredibly annoying and tiring but it’s no excuse to take it out on a group of people he’s never met before, it would be more understandable if he had calmly asked people to slow down or not rev and then gotten angrier after asking multiple times but this was not the case, right from the start he was screaming and rude and aggressive for no reason. Also please do not book this if you are looking for something adventurous for adults as you are treated like children in your parents car for the first time. This is the track for a child which is unfortunate because it’s only 16 and up. The other problem with the atv was the timing, the itinerary says that the rafting and atv is 3 hours long so if you know that the rafting is 30mins long for the 5km or 1h30 for the 9km (this is the longest one), using simple math that would mean the atv should have lasted at least 1h30 - it was not - it was 20. After complaining to the manager by our entire group (11 people) he seemed nice but there was no effort to solve any of the problems and he just held up a sign and stayed quiet for majority of the ‘conversation’ and said this is what we paid for. I think this situation would not have happened if it was advertised as a 20 min chill atv ride through the trees but that’s not what was done at all and that’s not what we payed for. Another problem was the itinerary, which is just not true, there was no breeding centre visit and no wildlife sanctuary, actually there was the complete opposite: unethical elephant riding which was not said anywhere (we would not have gone if we knew). What should be said before you buy is: come to white water rafting and a chill atv ride in the jungle with elephant riding and a small waterfall. The only part of this trip that was good was the white water rafting so thank you to that team. Everything else is a waste of your time and money.
