- Thai cooking studio Phuket - We will start the day with a local fresh market tour to shop for ingredients, try some Thai fruit, dessert and snack. After a market tour, we will go back to the cooking studio. When you arrive, we will serve a welcome drink (lemongrass tea with honey) as refreshment. After that, I will introduce the main ingredients…
- Thai cooking studio Phuket - We will start the day with a local fresh market tour to shop for ingredients, try some Thai fruit, dessert and snack. After a market tour, we will go back to the cooking studio. When you arrive, we will serve a welcome drink (lemongrass tea with honey) as refreshment. After that, I will introduce the main ingredients including vegetables, spices, and herbs. Then we will start preparing and cooking 4 different authentic Thai dishes. Afterwards, you will enjoy your own Thai cooking dishes. We also have a souvenir for you. It is a Thai cooking set (including herbal curry paste and seasoning) for you to cook your Thai food at home. What we will cook: 1) Soup: Spicy soup with Thai herbs (Tom Yum Goong) 2) Curry: Massaman curry with chicken (Gang Massaman Ghai) 3) Stir-fry: Stir-fried Rice Noodles with shrimp (Pad Thai Goong) 4) Dessert: Mango with sticky rice (Khaow Neaw Ma Muang) - Our class is a small group with a maximum of 4 people. - If there are any Thai dishes you want to learn, you can tell me in advance. So, I can arrange for you. - If you have any allergies, please let me know. I will prepare a set for you separately. - Free transfer in Patong area is available.

Amazing experience at Care’s cooking class! - The experience began with a visit to the market, where Care taught us about the ingredients.
During the class, we cooked four dishes and even had the option to substitute one dish with our own choice.
The instructions were clear, the dishes were delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and friendly. I definitely recommend this cooking class!

Tom Kha and more… - I’ve taken part in several cooking classes before, and there’s a clear pattern among the best ones – buying ingredients from the market, cooking with kind and detailed guidance, tasting the dishes, and receiving the recipes afterward. This time was no different.
With precise explanations, we purchased ingredients from a local market (we were driven there by car), and from there, straight to the kitchen! Oh wow, my favorite Tom Kha turned out amazing! We left with full stomachs and completely satisfied.
And then, one last surprise! The organizers arranged and covered our transport back to the hotel. No doubt about it – full points!

A nice and educational course in nice rooms. - We had a very nice afternoon / evening at this cooking class together with chef Care.
First we went to Patongs fresh food market and bought ingredients, tasted different fruits and had a cold and tasty smoothie.
Then we went to the kitchen. There was room for four participants because there were four gas stoves, but we were only two people. We made three dishes and one dessert. I rarely cook at home but got very good help from Care
It was a good setup where cooking and eating the dishes took place gradually during the course. The facilities were clean and nice. Care was an excellent course leader and cook. In addition, she was nice and easy to have conversations with.

Fantastic Experience - Chef Care did an amazing job teaching us Thai cooking. We went to a market to purchase some goods. We made 4 different dishes and they all tasted fantastic! Her classes are small, as there was only 5 of us. So it was very personable for everyone. If you are to book a cooking class in Patang this is the one you should book! Thanks again Chef Care.

Informative experience in Patong. - A wonderful few hours experiencing the market then cooking traditional Thai dishes.
The market would have been daunting without Care but she was excellent at explaining various spices and pointed out fruits not readily available back home - plus a few samples.
The dishes we cooked tasted great - some of the best Thai I’ve tasted & we made them!

Awesome small group experience - Awesome experience.
You learn so much and the experience is made super easy.
The trip to the market is fun and that alone is a great way to learn about Thai cuisine.
If you enjoy cooking in small groups, this is perfect.

Don't leave patong without cooking with Care - We have been to cook with Care 3 times in two years. That should tell you all you need to know about this experience. She's warm, engaging, knowledgeable about all the dishes and ingredients and makes you feel at home in her kitchen. The food is amazing and replicable at home. We will be back . Ps. Don't forget to stroke the cat...Oreo!

Thai Learn & Cook - Extremely enjoyable experience. First, an interesting visit to the local market to pick-up ingredients and to taste fruit/sweets not usually available back home: I loved the mangostine. Later, in Care's capable hands, we were shown each step of preparing and then cooking our own Tom Yum, Massaman curry, Pad Thai and Mango Sticky Rice. The group size is small (max four) so Care ensures you produce perfect Thai cuisine (even with red chili toned down).

What a great evening, good food, great chef lots of fun. - Wonderful experience Care was very understanding and happy to cater to our needs I love seafood and my husband is allergic. The studio is lovely and the attention to detail and advise was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed the course and the food. We even ended up with Mango sticky rice to take away.
