Must do! - This was so much fun. I have done a few zipline tours around the world but this was by far the best. Great team leading it, always felt safe and had so much fun. The views are unbelievable.

For the Adrenaline lovers - It was a great experience. Don’t forget to wear a trouser/legging that has a pocket with a zipper to secure your phone. And don’t forget to take your GoPro with the straps/helmet holders if you want to record a video while doing the jungle roller coaster, it was the best part

Exciting zipline experience over the jungle - The zipline experience itself was amazing. It cannot be expressed in words - "flying" through the tree canopy above the jungle - a truly once-in-a-lifetime experience. Pick up from Chiang Mai was OK, and the staff were nice. There was a buffet at the end, which was pretty mediocre. In any case, the reason I am giving this activity only 3 stars is because of the photography issue. In other activities I did in Thailand as a solo traveler, it's customary for the guide/staff to take your pictures on your phone, and many of them even offer to do so voluntarily. However, here they requested THB 800 to take photos by their own professional photographer, a very expensive price for Thailand. I did not want to pay as I had my phone, however to my amazement, almost all of the staff except for one declined to take my photos while on the zipline, because of that policy of having their own paid cameraman. Very disappointing.

Smashed legs, Gangrene, got medivaced out of Thailand for two operations and 12 nights in hospital. My fault - read on.. - I read the positive reviews and included this place as a must do on a recent trip to Chiang Mai. To be clear, I’ve done zip lines in Costa Rica, USA, Bali and other places. This one was different. For starters they handed each of us a wooden stick to slow down the zip line. It looked very crude but they assured this is part of the standard safety gear. They gave us a safety briefing which included looking a picture of best practices - posted below. The trouble began when things got underway. Step 5 says do not run or jump when you launch from a platform. But the guides were actively telling us to do this. As the rides got longer and faster, things started to feel a bit off. Step 6 says lift your feet up before you reach the next platform. This sounds easy in theory but when you are a bigger taller guy (6 1’) it takes a little more effort to do this. So net result I end up traveling at super high speed trying to use this wooden stick to slow down. I spin the other way out of control facing away from the platform and ended up smashing my legs into it at full speed. I was rushed to hospital in Chiang Mai where they bandaged my badly bruised and cut legs. To their credit, the company paid this. However, when I later visited a hospital in Bangkok to get a clearance to fly home they didn’t pay. They said pay and we will repay you soon. Well a month went by and they still had not paid. They ended up paying yesterday, finally, after a lot of back and forth. Here’s the thing, my wounds directly caused by this accident led to necrotic skin. Google that term and you will see it is more familiar as Gangrene - a life threatening time is of the essence problem. The dr said I needed to,have an operation immediately. I flew back to Sydney and went from the airport directly to the ER and spent 12 nights in hospital having two operations - a debridement and a skin graft. Both equines the expertise of Australia’s finest plastic surgeon. In America, if you don’t have medical insurance, you would lose a house to pay for this kind of medical treatment. Now this is my side of the story. According to Jungle it was all my fault. I am in no way defaming this highly respected safety conscious and law abiding Thai business or arguing with their professional investigation. I rode their Zipline, almost lost my legs, but the only person I should blame is myself according to them.
