The tour includes a visit to James Bond Island (Kho Tapu) after the crowds have dispersed. Guests can enjoy plenty of sea cave canoeing and explore hidden lagoons, with a paddle man provided for each canoe….
This small group tour of Phang Nga Bay is perfect for families, accommodating up to 20 adult guests, despite the boat’s capacity for 42 passengers. The tour includes a visit to James Bond Island (Kho Tapu) after the crowds have dispersed. Guests can enjoy plenty of sea cave canoeing and explore hidden lagoons, with a paddle man provided for each canoe. A delightful sunset dinner is served on board. After dark, there is an opportunity to canoe into another cave to witness the bioluminescent plankton.
The spacious boat offers excellent protection from the sun or rain, ensuring a smooth ride with comfortable facilities, including clean restrooms and ample space to move around. All meals are freshly prepared and served on board.
This tour is highly family-friendly, catering to all ages and abilities.
- We are happy to have guests with special needs join us, and while wheel chair access is not available we will work with our guests to see they have a memorable, comfortable and fun time aboard. We will do our best to see special needs guests participate in all activities.

Excellent experience - This is my second time with Phuket Sail Tours, we decided to try canoes and explore caves and lagoons. It is so different from what we saw during Phi Phi island tour, we really loved it. The crew was friendly and helpful and we were taken to places without tourists so we could take beautiful pictures. Thank you, one more time, for unforgettable day.

Book the tour with Captain Jack! - Captain Jack is very knowledgeable and experienced! My husband and I had an amazing day! The archipelago islands are incredible! The water is a beautiful green! The lunch and dinner provided on the boat are fabulous! Water shoes would be best because you have to climb in and out of a canoe several times to enter the caves. What an experience!

Lovely afternoon/ evening tour - Book in advance as the tour gets booked up. We couldn't go on the day we wanted and had to settle to go the day before we flew home.
It's a little pricey but I felt we didn't experience crowds of people like I saw on other boats. It was a nice feeling when we sailed past a crowded speed boat that was jumping along the water. I'm so glad we didn't get that! We were picked up from our hotel in Karon, we made another 2 stops for other guests, then was in the car about an hour before we got to the meet point. We were offered fruit, water and other snacks while we waited to begin. The boat is spacious with sheltered options. The tour felt like it flew by with equal amounts of sailing time and activity time. Many photo opportunities. Getting in and out of the canoes is a practice and not really suitable for anyone with mobility needs. You don't always have to get in a canoe and I opted out of one the stops and stayed on the boat. The food on the boat was lovely and we couldn't get enough of the red thai chicken currie! Sea shoes are 100% recommended (or you can buy them there, unsure of the cost) as well as swimming wear under clothes, even if you don't plan on swimming. We had choppy waves while canoeing to the James bond island and I got soaked and wasn't wearing swimming wear. Meant the next part of the trip I was uncomfortable but I brought a towel which is another must. We weren't allowed to swim either due to the choppy waves. Only down side to our tour was the amount of children on the boat. Would be great to have an adults only option.
If we come back to Phuket, will 100% book another tour. Many thanks

A great experience - Travel to and from the boat trip was longer than expected - an hour and a half each way from Kata Beach with one pick up in Patong. Made it a very long day indeed!
Boat trip itself was amazing. Thoroughly recommend it. Guide was very knowledgeable and all staff friendly and eager to help.
Canoe adventures were great and good that each canoe was paddled by staff. We had just the 2 of us in our canoe and only 8 of us on the trip in total.
Food on boat for lunch and dinner was really good with most tastes catered for. Soft drinks and water available any time for free and beer at a price.
Whole day was well planned, organised and slick.

Perfect family tour - We loved our adventure with Phuket Sail Tours. We were traveling with our two year old and we were worried about a long day on the boat but the boat was spacious, safe and calm, plenty of beautiful stops along the way and plenty of food, snacks and drinks.
The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.
Our paddle man yoyo was amazing and was so took extra care of us all. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Thailand.

Fantastic Trip! - Great trip from start to finish! The team really look after you and are 100% committed to giving you the best experience. The boat had plenty of space, not overcrowded at all like some we saw. Opportunities to see some fabulous scenery in the canoes and on the boat. Food was excellent and I was able to bring a bottle of wine to enjoy! James Bond Island was the highlight for me as a fan of the old Roger Moore films and I loved that they had guns on the ship for you to pose with. We were also fortunate to see the bioluminescent plankton. Transfers were on time and smooth. If you book this trip you will have an amazing time!

Amazing day out! - We loved this trip! The entire team was so lovely and they were great with our kids. Everything was taken care of, food was delicious and the activities were well organised. Boat wasn’t too full either which felt more relaxing. The scenery was so beautiful and going through the caves felt a little magical. One highlight wS definitely when they called the sea eagles, at one point we counted over 20 flying around the boat!!! Highly recommend

Best boat trip - Went on the trip with family (8 of us - 5 adults & 3 kids - aged 2, 4 & 8). Luckily we had the boat all to ourselves. We informed 'Captain Jack' (who owned the boat) that our 8 year old had a nut allergy and he couldn't be accommodating enough. All the staff on the boat were so friendly. Enjoyed the trip immensely and all the caves we went to visit. Would definitely recommend.

A Must Do Trip!!!!! - I cannot recommend this cruise more highly. I booked this before I left Australia and the communication and service could not be faulted. The day was amazing. Only a small group tour so each guest is treated like a king or queen. The canoeing guides are amazing and our guide Mi Mi was informative and entertaining, he really made our day. I was nervous going into caves, however he made us feel safe and maximised the experience by stopping to take photos of us and pointing out interesting features of the caves along the way. Captain Jack and the crew were fun, informative and could not do more for everyone on the boat. The food is AMAZING! Cooked fresh on the boat and delicious. This particular cruise is great if you want to experience James Bond Island and the cave canoeing once the crowds have disappeared. You have the place all to yourselves with only a few boats left in the evening. Thank you so much Captain Jack and your gang for giveing us a great holiday experience. Jackie and Terry.
