Powerful and Memorable Day Trip – A Long Journey Worth Taking - This tour was an unforgettable and deeply moving experience. The itinerary included visits to both Auschwitz and Birkenau concentration camps, followed by some free time to explore and enjoy the beautiful old town centre of Krakow. The historical sites were incredibly powerful and thought-provoking, and there was enough time allocated to fully absorb and reflect on everything. While the tour started very early — with a 3:20 AM pickup from Warsaw — it was necessary to make our allocated museum entry time. We returned around 8:00 PM, making it a very long day overall. However, the van/bus was clean and comfortable throughout the journey. One note: the drivers were polite but did not speak English, so communication was limited during transport. Despite the early start and long travel, I would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone wanting to visit these important historical sites from Poland. It’s a long day, but well-organized and absolutely worth it.

Our trip was Magical - What can you say about being in a car for 14 hours? Our guide Magic was entertaining and we talked the entire time. He was a great driver and told us a lot about being a Pole in today's world. Krakow was cool and Aushwitcz was a place to see once in your lifetime. How sad.

Highly recommend - A very well organised day - Krakow and Auschwitz in one day. Very good balance between free time and guided tour time. Agnieszka answered all the questions. Our driver, Maciej, was more than just a driver - by the end of the trip we felt that we were old friends. He gave us lots of historical, cultural and economical insights, as well as shared various practical tips. The Auschwitz part was very informative and of course sad and shocking - but we felt that everyone need to learn about this tragic time in history. Overall, the tour was one of the best things we did in Poland. Having a private car meant we had flexibility in terms of breaks, times etc. Highly recommend!

Good driver but poor scheduling from the organizer - The driver (Chris) was very professionally. Was punctual and helpful. He also tried to provide insights into the key stops along the way. The only issue was related to the timing. The organizer waited too long to book the tour at Auschwitz and it started at noon. As a result, after 3.5 hours of tour and 2 hours of driving to Krakow, we got to Krakow around 6pm. By then, most of the key places (museums, castles) were closed or closing. I suggest that you ensure that they get the tour at Auschwitz starting at 10am so you can see Krakow by 4pm (when you can actually see the place).
