Came along with my two... - Came along with my two teens. Trip was great and well planned. Completely stress free from pick up to drop off. Optional lunch was great too - recommend getting that for ease and the yummy roll 😄. Plenty of toilet opportunities. Your guides were clear and easy to understand, informative and happy to answer questions! Great trip 😃

Not your usual museum trip - Hard to really call it an experience. That museum sure gives you a lot to think about. If you’re stayin’ in Kraków, it’s just easier to book in advance and have the ride taken care of.

Interesting Day - This was a very interesting day. It was well organised with easy pick and drop off and plenty of breaks. Aucschwitz was a very eye opening visit and the guide there was excellent at providing information. The Salt mines were also a great experience and very interesting to see, again the local tour guide was great again. An all round very interesting day.

Salt mines & Auschwitz tour - The trip was very well organised and everything ran smoothly. Would highly recommend getting the pack lunch if doing the salt mines & Auschwitz in one day. Thomas the coach driver was a great host for the day. Both guides we had for each trip were great, both very knowledgeable and you could see the love they have for the locations and what it means to them. Would highly recommend..

Choose Cracow made this double excursion smooth and stress free. - Choose Cracow did a terrific job of making this double excursion a very, very smooth and efficient experience. From on time pickup, to clear instructions and communication, taking care of museum tickets and arranging live guides, we got to witness these very special sights. Found it to be well worth dealing with Choose Cracow.

Highly recommended - Many full day trips to Auschwitz and the Salt mines start extremely early in the morning, but this one allows for a more civilised start to the day, and as an added bonus, will pick you up at your accomodation. Quoted in the booking as 8am start, we were contacted the night before with exact pick up details (location, vehicle and time) and the option of booking a lunch bag. We initially thought 9.30am was quite late to be leaving, but actually the full day was timed to perfection. Driver (Peter) was lovely, very friendly and helpful, guides for both tours were friendly, knowledgeable and organised, and there was very little queuing required. We took the lunch bag option (contents plentiful and pretty good for the price) which avoided having to grab something during one of the short breaks. Its a long day (dropped off around 9pm) and quite tiring, but more than worth it.

So glad to have done it - The salt mines was a real surprise, so much better than expected. Be aware that there are about 800 steps going down, not all at once, but are relatively easy to do. Auschwitz was as expected very somber and thought provoking. The stories, exhibitions and overall mood hits the heart. Worthwhile visiting but be prepared for an emotional experience. Would thoroughly recommend this tour and make sure you order the lunch, it’s yummy and not expensive.

Very stern and strict - The driver, Thomas, was quite intimidating. He didn’t give off a friendly vibe—more like the somber atmosphere of visiting Auschwitz. His communication was very dry and rather cold; it felt like he was simply there to do his job and nothing more. The guides weren’t terrible, but they didn’t add much beyond what we could already see for ourselves in the museums. It would have been far more engaging if they had shared background details or lesser-known information to give us deeper insight. Overall, the tour felt more like a logistical arrangement than an enriching experience. There were no smiles, no small talk, not even a simple “How was it?”—perhaps it’s just the local culture in Krakow.
