Excellent service, on time and comfy trip - Fantastic experience all round. Messaged us via text, whastapp and email to advise of pickup time day before and morning of pick up. Pleasant driver and organised trip. No documentary shown on way as stated on booking but we didnt notice to.be fair. Picked up at 655am and straight into auschwitz more or less on arrival. Guide was friendly and well informed and answered questions knowledgeably. Clean and roomy vehicle to get you there. Would definitely use again for other bookings.

Highly recommend - The day went very smoothly. I was picked up at 6 AM (even though booking was for 7 AM) and arrived at 7:30. By 8:00 I entered and joined the group tour. It was so much easier and well worth the money not having to stop at everyone’s hotel on the way there and back. It meant that the day was not nearly as long and tiring as it could have been. After a day at Auschwitz the last thing you want to do is be stuck on the bus for hours. I would highly recommend paying the extra money for the private shuttle service. The first part of the tour was very good and the guide gave a lot of information. The second part went much quicker and she said very little which was a bit disappointing because I feel like we missed a lot. But overall it was well done.

Best driver and tour guide - Picked up on time, lovely young gentleman Jakob, very friendly made sure we got through to the beginning of the tour then we met our very informative guide Michal Wróbel who took us through Austwitz in a very respectful tour. He was very helpful in helping me choose a book, and will look up again when I come back. I have booked saltmines for tomorrow and if my guides and drivers are like today I will enjoy it. Thanks so much Mr Shuttle and all staff, will definitely be recommending yous

Emotional but tremendous tour - Very very emotional, but could not fault the tour. Picked up right on time by a very professional driver (he said his name was Mark for ease in English but I think he was called Maric)?? All very smooth. There is a cafe when you get to Auschwitz if you’re worried it’s a long day. Tour was very informative and heartbreaking, but glad I did it.

Very organised - Collected from hotel driver very prompt and friendly bus very comfortable with air conditioning, spoke really good english and explained everything to us about what to expect. Very early pick up 530am which suited us as we were back for late afternoon and absolutely shattered after walking/standing a lot .

MrShuttle Great trip but a bit more clarity at the outset would be more appreciated and a 5 star review would have been given - Mr shuttle advises a time of 7.00 am or pick up I understand he has a caveat saying do not book anything else on the day But when we had not heard anything by late afternoon the day before the trip I contacted via TripAdvisor to ask for confirmation. Within two minutes I received an email saying my tour was not starting until 4 pm.. I was not pleased and looked around for another trip but with little notice, we had no option but to accept or not attend I am not going to lie I was extremely annoyed as we had made evening plans. We were picked up at our hotel on time by a lad in a car who was pleasant on the route we picked up another couple. We then went to the bus. Which we both found a bit strange but again it worked out. We found out they had been advised late on the tour would be later also at short notice Once on the coach Driver did not speak English so no information on route on arrival we met a third person who then provided tickets and introduced us to the guide. She was nothing short of phenomenal she was passionate about the history and I found her most informative And took time to answer questions I get that some say they felt rushed but you could spend hours looking and reading . All I can say is our guide gave us enough info and covered everything .. if people want to take longer I would suggest they do not go on a tour but go as individual tickets . We departed back to Krakow about 7pm and although the tour says hotel pick up be very aware it does not include hotel drop off you are let off near train station ... for us it was a short walk so no issue but others may be disappointed Mr shuttle the tour was fantastic and well organised in the end. I would just suggest that a bit more clarity is given about actual times and pick up and drop off. Because apart from that you and your teams were spot on and everything was great. Anyone booking should get confirmation about actual times way in advance. As we thought we were going on a morning trip which turned into a evening trip with not enough notice to find an alternative

A somewhat rushed museum tour....disappointing. - A fairly average tour experience, which could have been better. The pick up was a very early 6.15a.m start which was fine, but the minibus transportation was quite small and cramped. No video ahead of the museum visit as offered by some other companies. Once at Auschwitz we were handed over to a Polish Guide who spoke average English, and the whole experience felt extremely rushed. The group was escorted quite quickly along the tour to keep up with the next group of people waiting behind us, so there was no time to look properly at exhibits and some were missed out. Having been on a more detailed tour 10 years prior, i would say this was a basic tour which didnt go into too much detail.

Rushed experience, but okay - Felt way too rushed by the driver to get from place to place—got yelled at when trying to go use the restroom once during the 5 hour experience. Driver was a bit rude to our group as well. Very rough drive, would not recommend for car sick-prone individuals. Seats in the van were very wobbly and driver would constantly slam on brakes. Tour itself was nice and the Auschwitz guides are very knowledgeable. Tour did not end late afternoon like stated, ended closer to 1. Worth it for the low price I guess.

Feedback on Visit to Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum – A Wheelchair User’s Experience - I recently visited the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum in Poland, and unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing as a wheelchair user. I want to share my story in the hope it helps others and prompts improvement in accessibility. Before visiting, I checked the website and saw that it was described as “kind of accessible.” This gave me hope. When I first arrived, it looked manageable — but that illusion quickly faded. The nightmare began once the tour started. Many of the buildings are historical and understandably old, but accessibility has not been adequately addressed. Most entrances have stairs, and many exhibit areas were completely inaccessible to me. I was lucky to have supportive friends and family with me who offered help, even offering to carry me — which I declined, as it simply wouldn’t be fair to them. The terrain was extremely rough. Even with an electric wheelchair, the uneven roads could cause damage. The pathways were in very poor condition, and navigating them was exhausting and frustrating. Access to a toilet was also an issue. There’s one available, but you must complete the first part of the visit before you can reach it — and there are stairs, so it’s essentially off-limits for someone in a wheelchair. I saw other wheelchair users as well, and many of them looked stranded or helpless, especially those who didn’t have support like I did. It was heartbreaking to witness. The second part of the visit had similar issues — big steps, narrow entrances, and even worse pathways. Again, completely impractical for wheelchair users. To make matters worse, the guide showed no understanding, support, or empathy. There was no effort to include me or assist in any way. It felt like people with mobility issues were an afterthought. Honestly, if you are a wheelchair user who cannot walk, please don’t waste your money — even with the 10% discount. It is not worth it, as you’ll miss out on more than half of the experience. I live in England and traveled all the way to visit this important historical site. I was truly looking forward to it, but left feeling disappointed, excluded, and deceived. This is not just a complaint — it’s an important piece of advice to others like me, and a plea for the museum to take real steps toward inclusion and accessibility.
