Well organized tour with guide - We booked two tickets for Auschwirz-Birkenau at January, with a guide and a hotel pickup. The mini bus was on time, with kind group and driver.
The trip was totally well organized from the company. The guide we had was definitely professional. He explained everything in details and shared with us many historical facts.
I recommend to everyone to visit Auschwirz-Birkenau with the AT Cracow team!

If you want to visit Auschwitz contact another agency - Bad service and absolutely unprofessional: we organized the holiday according to the visit to Auschwitz, booked two weeks in advance, but
the tour was cancelled the afternoon of the day before the visit. It is absolutely indecent that such a Reservation, which requires so much advance notice, should be cancelled at the last minute for unknown reasons.

Choose your booking agency wisely. - Reservation canceled at the last minute for a group of 8 people. Fortunately we were able to cancel our reservation within the free refund deadline and we were refunded.. WHEW!!!! On the other hand, we took the tour through another local agency in Krakow with commentary in English rather than French. Most of the members of the group didn't understand anything, but hey.....the images are enough to describe the horrors suffered by the deportees in these Nazi places. Otherwise, the visit is definitely worth it, but many, many kilometers covered on flat but VERY stony paths. To do when you have the physical capacity, which is our case despite being 75 years old.

TO FLEE ! - I strongly advise against this agency... Last minute change of schedule, bad information for disabled people, and EXPRESS visit to a memorial site... My mother had to give up because it was going so quickly! Despite my request for reimbursement, no action was taken... Honestly very disappointed!

NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN - - We booked a Trip to poland (Flight/hotel etc) because me made a Report about Auschwitz
- we ONLY came to poland for the Report. Only had 1 (ONE) day possible to Go
- booked GERMAN Tour with Viator
- Tour got cancelled 1 day before
- were offered ENGLISH or ITALIAN (nonsense for us) Tour
- we were offered NO discount for this 👎🏼
- english tour would have started 7:30 AM. We would have had to skip our paid breakfast to attend Trip —> Even no discount of Viator
- after more than 1 Hour Phone Call with Viator we were put in a tour at 11:30am
- we had NO OTHER possibility than to attend this because otherwise the WHOLE TRIP would have been destroyed (our report etc)
- Tour Guide came 30 minutes too late 👎🏼
- if WE would have been to Late, it would have been our Problem but if Viator makes Problem —> customer‘s Problem
- NO HELP of Viator. No refund. No discount. Bad Service. Bad telephone Service.
- Viator can do anything. They don’t care.
