Auschwitz and saltmines - The tour was so well organised we were picked up by piotr our lovely driver right on time. Piotr was very friendly keeping us all informed on what was ahead of us for the day. We went to the saltmines first our guide was fantastic. The saltmines are stunning. We headed to Autscwitz where we met our guide for the next few hours, she was very informative and as someone who is hard of hearing the headphones were a great help as the tours in Auschwitz are done through silence with your guide having a mic

Krakow - Our driver Peter was punctual, knowledgeable and very pleasant. We loved that the salt mines were first on the agenda.

Highly recommended - Very well organised from collection to drop off. Very professional driver. Excellent tour guide. Lots of walking and only limited food. The organised picnic box was worth the money.

Comfortable tour to places wort visiting - Excellent and comfortable choice for visiting both locations outside Krakow with this option as this was with pick up and drop off near the hotel. Small bus with conditioner, friendly bus driver, good guides in both places. Lunch box was optional, but we found it really handy to have. We could have had a bit more time to explore the souvenir shops, but in a way it was good like that - we saved money :) I recommend this tour. Both places worth to visit.

Full day out - Minibus picked us and other couple up from our hotel . An hour to get to Auschwitz where we had 80 min guided tour .( only 5 ladies toilet cubicles so expect long queue at busy times). There was cafe , vending machines . Then onto Birchenau where 70 min guided tour. Both very moving , informative and respectful . Another hour travelling to salt mine where we had 2 hour guided tour - quick 10min break in cafe . Lots of steps to climb down and used miners lift to get back up . Could have spent longer there as we didn’t go in museum or restaurant . Eating drinking places outside the mine too. Amazing things (statues, the New Testament carved in rock salt and salt lakes and chapels ). You can lick the walls if you want to. Then another 30 mins to get back to our hotel . Great , full day out - well worth the money .

Well organised and very interesting - Excellent communication and very well organised. We did the salt mines first which were excellent, incredible carvings and very interesting. Then the minibus took us to Auschwitz. It was quite a long journey as we were caught in traffic. Minibus is modern with good air on but seats are a little small so you are close to the person next to you. Driver was very friendly and we were offered water several times. Lunch was well worth it, it would be difficult to find time to eat anywhere else. Auschwitz was as horrific as you would imagine but very interesting. Our guide wasn’t great but you can see the horrors for yourself. Journey home was quick with drop off close to hotel. Would really recommend tour.

Great tours, try make your toilet trips quick - Great tours absolutely worth doing if in the Krakow region. It loses a star because the driver/guide was inpatient. When you arrive at the salt mines and Auschwitz he'll recommend running to the toilets. However at both stops he wouldn't wait for the whole group to come back and we started both tours without people. They caught up quick enough, but I can imagine that was an unnecessary stress for them. Other than that everything was perfect.

July 2024 - The trip was amazing! Only criticism was the headset quality for the first part of the Auschwitz-Birkenau tour was really poor - it was muffled and you could not hear what was being said. The lady for this part of the tour was also very quiet so when she didn’t use the headset we all had to huddle in to hear. Apart from that really good

More like a bus ride, not really a tour - This is not really a tour, but rather just a bus ride. They give rides and arrange the tickets. The tour guide will be assigned in the spot. No lunch provided so beware. A lot of steps, by the time I finished tour, I had 20k+ steps. Wouldn't recommend combining salt mine and burkenau together
