1O/1O Recommend! - As far as tour guides go, Jalal was amazing! Knowledgeable, caring, and patient - not to mention, multilingual! As a solo traveler (and only English speaker) amidst a big group of tourists, he made sure I felt welcome rather than neglected or dismissed. He offered to take photos and even inserted some humor on our trek back up to the van. If you’re one for good food, insane views, and and plenty of memorable moments, you can’t afford NOT to book this experience with Jalal!

Great trip, not so happy with the lunch! - A brilliant trip! We had a lovely driver and just four of us in a spacious minibus. Our tour guides once we arrived were great, full of information and able to speak many languages. We stopped to see monkeys which was lovely in comparison to the poor ones chained up in the centre of Marrakech! The waterfalls are beautiful and the boat trip was great - with the guide taking photos for us as well. We then visited the restaurant but after seeing one of the staff serving up fries with his bare hands (literally scooping them up) and then munching them as he went on, we decided not to eat!

Discovery of Ouzoud Falls - Great day, pick up on time, hairy, our local guide Abdel Jelil, great!! 👍🏻 👍🏻 The visit and place are beautiful!!! Stop at the Berbers for tea and discover the products of Argan and the making!! 👍🏻 On the other hand, Little confusion for some participants including me, who all thought they had booked the boat in the excursion, but ultimately not included. Transactional site to review. Well run the menu down!! It’s only 2 euros extra but hey, it wasn’t clear!!! The meal was very good and hearty! However, as it is a “set menu” (there are 4 main meal choices!) it would be nice if it was already paid in the price of the activity!!! If not at the top, we saw the monkeys, the boat tour with the pictures almost under the fall!!! And a nice walk to stretch between 2 bus rides!!! Attention, 500 steps of stairs for the return!! But it is very doable!! 💪👌😻 I highly recommend 😻😻😻

Worth visiting the 2nd highest waterfalls in Africa - Was worth the 3 hour journey (with rest stop) to visit from Marrakech. The waterfalls were stunning even during the height of summer with less rainfall. The guide was friendly and it was lovely to meet the berber community to hear more about their ethically produced argan oil.

No room for legs - Hello, the excursion itself was fine but I want to leave a complaint for potential users. The minibus in which the excursion was made did not leave room for the legs was extremely uncomfortable, especially some places that have been placed in the wheel crossings in which you can not put the legs and you have to go sideways. The place visited is beautiful and the guide was very friendly.

Beautiful Waterfall, but Be Prepared for the Hustle - The waterfall itself is stunning and definitely worth seeing. However, getting there is a bit of a journey — it’s a 3-hour drive from Marrakesh, with a challenging hike once you arrive. The trail involves a lot of stairs and uneven terrain, so wear proper shoes and be ready for a workout. On the way there, they stop about halfway for snacks and a bathroom break — but the catch is, you’re taken to a place where you have to pay to use the restroom, which feels like a setup. What makes it worse is that on the way back, they stop at a completely different place with free bathrooms. It really gives the impression that parts of the tour are designed to squeeze extra money out of tourists, and that some people along the route may be in on the hustle. Be careful with the ticket you purchase — some packages include a boat ride at the waterfall, but at the end, they may still try to charge you for it again, assuming you won’t notice. After the hike, they also pressure you to eat lunch at one of their designated restaurants. It would be nice if there was an option to skip the lunch stop, especially for people who would rather head back sooner or eat somewhere else. All in all, the natural beauty of the waterfall makes the trip worthwhile, but the overall experience is tainted by a lack of transparency and some clear attempts to upsell or overcharge tourists. Go in prepared, and you’ll enjoy it much more.
