Worth a visit - Essaouira is a very beautiful city and way more peaceful than Marrakech. We had more than 4 hours at our leisure to explore the city. It is definitely worth a visit and our guide Rachid and driver Mourad did a great job getting us there and bringing us back home safely.

Lovely city with history - The city has wonderful views by the Atlantic Ocean especially from above by the high walls surrounding the city. We had grilled fresh caught fresh from the sea and it was delicious. We bought souvenirs from the many souks in Medina. Along the way we bought Argan oil from a cooperative where they do everything by hand. It was a lovely trip. I strongly recommend.

Dreamy... - If you are in Marrakech it is absolutely worth doing this excursion a few hours away. You stop for a coffee and bath stop en route. Very convenient and you visit this lovely city. Take a walk on the beach, near the port and in the heart of the city and its narrow streets. Possibility to choose where to have lunch and free time available. A beautiful city not to be missed

4 hours in Essaouira - Everything good taken care of exept the bus a bit cramped for long legs. Thankful for the break to stretch legs/cafe/wc both ways. Around 4 hours in Essaouira, that was a bit short time, but nice. We could have scipped (visited before) the argan oil demonstration to have more time in the city.

Long day, don't expect to see goats but excellent and lovely town - Loved this trip, we didn't see goats in trees which was sad, but sadder still to see the dead and dying argan oil trees. A lovely day in Essaouira though - beautiful little town with crazy seagulls!! It's a long way though and really could do with a couple of stops on the way back to Marrakesh as it hits rush hour so takes a long time.

Organization and responsibility - The company was careful with me, since I didn't know the language. The delay in boarding of more than 30 minutes was justified by the delay of some tourists who did not comply with the scheduled time of departure . The place of the stop for breakfast is clean and very nice, but super expensive. A small coke was charged 15 reais, but the gruya warned me about the prices. If they are so expensive , maybe it 's time to choose another place . Which I realized most do not consume anything. Friendly and responsible driver and guide. Unlike Marrakech merchants, most do not negotiate the prices. After all, it is worth knowing and experiencing the artisans of Essaouira who artisanally produce the argan oil, touched me deeply in my soul.
