Excellent and mindful experience. - I had the most incredible experience ever! From the moment Ulrich -our amazing guide- picked me up from the hotel, everything went just so perfect! Every person I have met was warm, welcoming, and truly passionate about their job! The 2 game drives were both unforgettable and we were able to see elephants, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, hippos and so many other animals in their natural environment. Both guides were extremely knowledgeable and made every sighting special by sharing fascinating facts and stories about the wildlife and the landscape. The 2 reserves were wonderful, authentic, and surrounded by nature, making it easy to completely disconnect and enjoy the atmosphere. The food was delicious, and every detail was thought through to make our stay memorable. What stood out most was the sense of respect for the animals and the environment as well as the in depth historical knowledge of the whole business. It didn’t feel rushed or touristy but rather a genuine and mindful experience. I totally recommend to book this activity to anyone visiting South Africa and Cape Town especially. Thank you very much and keep up with the excellent work! :)

Unforgettable experience - It's been wonderful two days, full of unique experiences. Stunning views and animals. It was also great experience talking to elephant caretakers and safari guides and learning about their work. Great thanks to our amazing guide Denver, who's very caring, knowledgeable, and humorous. His passion and love to his community and people is very touching too.

Experience of a lifetime! - Our first time in South Africa and first safari, we didn’t know what to expect and ….WOW! We have been blown away by this experience. We loved the long drive through scenic Agricultural regions with canola fields in full bloom, mountainous vistas in every direction and our guide, Denver’s expert commentary. It was so good to get out of the city and see the rural areas. Lovely lunches and comfort stops along the way. The first safari at Botlierskop Reserve was truly amazing, with close-up encounters with many animals, including lions, giraffes, elephants, buffalo, zebras and many more. An expert guide with Austin, we were in awe! Our accommodation at Bufflesdrift blew us away with the location and glamping experience, including the hippos floating around in the lake in front of our tent! Dinner amazing, tried local delicacies of ostrich and kingclip and loved them. The elephant experience was unforgettable, and the guides very knowledgeable. The second safari very interesting with Euan as our guide, very knowledgeable of plants and bird species. The animals were harder to spot in their lush natural habitat, but still a fabulous experience to drive around the reserve in an open jeep spotting wildlife along the way. Driving home along Route 62, spectacular scenery and enjoyable company. Very pleased to know local charities will receive a contribution from our booking. Please consider this when choosing your safari tour!

Fantastic 2 days on Safari - This is an absolute must do experience. Me and my wife had a limited time in south Africa. So we decided to book the 2 day safari experience. And we could not have been happier with our decision. Our tour guide Maudi went above and beyond and made the entire journey so enjoyable. Whilst on the safari we got to see an amazing variety of animals from walking with the elephants to seeing cheetahs, rhinos, buffalo and so much more... I would highly recommend paying the extra to do the elephant walk. It's a once in a life time experience. All of the animals on both reserves seemed very happy and healthy. We couldn't be happier with our time on safari

Amazing weekend getaway - Amazing experience, well organised, friendly team. You MUST do the elephant walk, it’s a fascinating and humbling experience. The safaris are in private game reserves, so don’t expect vast savanna and huge herds of animals, but it is still 100% worth going as you do get to see animals living fully freely in their natural environments in beautiful nature!

Do this tour if you want to make the most out of a few days in SA - This is so much worth it. We got to do so many things in such a short time. Definitely worth it! The hostel was amazing, it's like no other I've been to. And food was great! We got to try some typical south african dishes.
