This region is renowned for its magnificent rock formations, vibrant valleys, and deep canyons, making it an essential destination for any traveler visiting Morocco. The journey leads through a 2400-meter off-road track to the picturesque village of Agoudal, where a picnic lunch in the great outdoors awaits. The journey leads to the Love Story Lakes of Imilchil, Tislit, and Isly. These two lakes are named after a tragic Berber love story passed down through generations. The story tells of two lovers, Tislit and Isly, from different tribes who were forbidden to be together. Their love was so strong that they died in each other’s arms, and it is said that the tears they shed created the two lakes.
