Great trip - Very enjoyable trip. Morad was a great guide!!! Beautiful area, learned a lot. We walked up steep steps; were given plenty of time and rest in shade. Thank you!

Excellent organized excursion - Great experience. You will receive an app in advance with i formation about who, where and when exactly you will be picked up. We were only 8 people in a comfortable van. The driver had a bit more connection with the French family but did his best to make the trip as desired with some short stops. Room enough to see everything. In Ait Ben Haddou we were handed over to guide Aziz who gave us a very nice tour! Very attentive, funny and informative!! Then driving to the Atlas Studios, was above expectations a lot of fun with all those film sets and then a short stop in Ouarzazate. Long drive with lots of turns but worth it.

The best ! - We had a wonderful experience with Mourad, our driver. He was very attentive to our needs throughout the trip and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. When my friend wasn’t feeling well, he kindly helped us find a pharmacy, which we truly appreciated. His professionalism, kindness, and care made our journey smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Mourad for anyone looking for a reliable and thoughtful driver!

Good experience. Air conditioning inoperative - It's a very good experience. Enterprise was punctual however the air conditioning did not work throughout the trip which caused an upset being at 34 Degrees C in Ouarzazate. I advise checking and asking if the A/C is in good condition before leaving. Friendly staff.

Poor organization, nice views - PICK-UP AND JOURNEY THERE We were picked up at 7:30 AM (the driver arrived right on time) near Jemaa el-Fnaa. We were the first passengers, and then we made two more pick-ups—just a 3-minute walk from our original location. After that, we stopped to fill up the tank at a gas station. Altogether, we spent about 40 minutes in the car before the actual journey even began. Honestly, we could have just met at the gas station and saved a lot of time. The drive itself was quite long. We had our first bathroom break after about an hour, and shortly afterward we stopped again for 20 minutes to visit an argan oil shop. This stop felt unnecessary. We also had a short photo stop in the Atlas Mountains, which was nice. AIT BENHADDOU We arrived at Ait Benhaddou around noon. A local guide was waiting and explained he would lead a tour for 30 dirhams per person. The walk lasted about an hour and included a climb to a scenic viewpoint. It was a lovely experience, but extremely hot, so make sure to bring water. The guide was worth the extra cost, but I don’t understand why it wasn’t included in the trip price. LUNCH After the visit, we were told we’d go for lunch. Even though there were plenty of restaurants nearby, they insisted we drive to a specific place where they had reserved tables. The restaurant was poorly maintained, overpriced, and served very small portions. Considering we paid for a full lunch, I would have much preferred choosing my own restaurant and sitting at my own table—not sharing with random people from the tour. FILM STUDIO OR OUARZAZATE Next, we drove about 20 minutes to the Film Studio. Only three people chose this option. While they visited the studio for an hour, the rest of us went to Ouarzazate. We were given just 30 minutes there—barely enough time to see the kasbah, which also wasn’t free to enter. Then we returned to the film studio and waited about 25 minutes for the others, who didn’t finish on time. RETURN JOURNEY Our driver was driving quite fast and we did not really felt safe on the mountain roads. We arrived back to Marrakesh around 8pm. CONCLUSION If you want to visit Ait Benhaddou, and see the Atlas Mountains its fine.

Experience decept - The excursion started well with a good care - thanks to the driver and the "moderator of the day". However, the guide and lunch were not taken into account - either it was announced and I can visit and eat alone. However, we were forced to follow a guide to Ait Benhaddou (which was of little use and which we had to pay for - the tour alone would have been better). Also, we could not choose the restaurant we wanted to eat in, when we wanted to leave the restaurant (chosen by the guide), we felt hostility. The meal although cheap was very bad. As for Ouarzazate, we didn’t see anything, tourists wanting to visit the atlas studios stayed there and the others (we) had to visit the city, instead we were dropped off at a carpet seller who had a view of the city. Although he was friendly, that’s not what I wanted to see from Ouarzazate.

Boring day trip - Not recommend, just a very long trip, 4 hours one way, to see nothing just a few pictures.. We did not visit the studiosbut just saw from the outside, totally loss of time. We are didn't visit Ouarzazat yet just pass through, and the last berber village is almost totally destroyed by the earthquakes.. We have seen a village with a guide almost running... Grazie mille

Poor time management & uncomfortable van - We had a very disappointing experience with this tour. Excessive delay: The tour was advertised as 10 hours, but we only got back after 15! A small delay is fine, but 5 hours extra (after starting at 7:30 AM) is completely unreasonable. This ruined our evening plans and cost us a prepaid spa booking. Uncomfortable transport: The van was in terrible condition – cramped seats that didn’t recline, no seat pouches, and overall very poor comfort. Considering we spent 8 hours on the road, this made the journey extremely unpleasant. Other tours we took in Marrakesh had far better vehicles. Guide’s behavior: The guide charged us a fee at AĂ¯t Benhaddou, saying it was mandatory, but refused to provide a receipt and kept giving excuses. He also pressured us to eat at his chosen restaurant, which was overpriced and disappointing in both taste and quantity. Unsafe driving: To make up time, the driver resorted to rash driving towards the end. The smell of gas and burnt rubber inside the van made many passengers nauseous and uncomfortable. Overall: This was one of the worst tours we’ve done — poorly managed, uncomfortable, and left us exhausted and unwell. I would not recommend this operator at all.
