Youness best driver - Youness is on top, always on time, always air conditioning. Youness is always available, shows you the best places in Marrakech. Youness agrees to make stops for purchases (pharmacy, crossroads) without increasing the price. Really great

Amazing service from Said - I traveled around Morroco with my family of 5, our driver Said was excellent throughout the tour, Said is very friendly & helpful. Biggest benefit I had was that we only paid Said as driver but he was a great tour guide is well he made our tour easy and enjoyable as we felt like we are travelling with a friend not a driver. Mesmerising Experience with Saeed - Fajga travels is very professionally managed by lovely person name Saeed,it was an incredible experience! We were group of 12 people the 2 vehicles provided were of good quality and comfort. We explored Atlas mountains, waterfalls,Marrakech, the Great Sahara and its Kasbahs;Saeed is an amazing guide with a wealth of knowledge: he took us to the most unique, but non-touristy and non-obvious places steeped in history, safely. The long car rides were shortened by sometimes amusing, sometimes philosophical stories, making us feel like we were lost in time. This trip would not have been the same without this professional guide and wonderful person.

A strict No No!!! Pls save yourself!!! - I wish there were an option to give a tour operator a negative review. This tour operator made our Morocco travel the worst nightmare. Hear the story.  We reached Marrakesh and asked our hotel for a tour operator who could take us to Sahara desert. Our mistake was that we trusted the hotel guys, and did not bother to look for other operators with good reviews. So, we talked to this guy (Said or Syed) who charged us 135 Euro per person (270 for me and my husband) for a 3-day trip to the Sahara. We asked the guy for a comfortable and good tent in the desert not knowing that we had to exclusively ask for a luxurious tent/stay.   Now, a night before we had to reach the tent, we stayed at a hotel which was decent. However, in the night a fire broke out at the hotel. We along with 5 people from our group were stuck on the top roof for a good 30-35 minutes scared for our lives. No one from the hotel had bothered to inform us that there was a fire breakout. It was my husband who smelled something and woke everyone up on the floor.  My first issue with this tour operator, is why book such hotels that are not safe? What if something happened to anyone of us? Who would be responsible?  Anyway, we reached the Sahara desert the next day and to the tent at around 6:30-7 in the evening. And voila! Here we got our room. A basic tent with no heating water, a washroom flush not working, room smelling like urine. The bed was freezing cold, and the blankets we had were smelling like Urgh! We wanted to ask someone to change the room, but no one was there!! It felt like we were disowned in a desert. Almost everyone who stayed there had some problem with the room, but whom to complain? We called this tour guide from there, but of course he did nothing! Why would he, he had all the money he wanted! At night, while I was freezing cold in the tent, I couldn't help but cry. Breakfast, dinner everything we had there was soo soo basic, And then we got to know that the place we were staying was a basic tent, however, luxurious tents have all the facilities to make a stay comfortable and memorable.  The cherry on top was that, when everyone was discussing how much everyone paid for this stay, we were the ones who paid the most!! Few had paid 80 euros, a few 100 euros But us!! 135 Euro!! So, we paid the price of a Luxury tent and stayed in a basic tent! We returned to the hotel and talked to the tour operator but he did not care. We felt so cheated in Morocco. We are never going to return to Morocco again, so thanks to these guys for making our trip a disaster rather a memorable one. And whosoever is reading this, these guys are scams, please don't book from them. You will lose money, and might as well your life too!
