One of my most memorable experiences in Japan - Satoko was very knowledgeable well orchestrated in her class. She was also exceedingly patient. The value of her class can’t be matched, with the amount I learned. A personal thanks to her, if you’re on the fence, please don’t hesitate

Fun mochi-making class! - I have always wanted to attend a cooking class in Japan. I'm so glad that I chose Satoko-san's mochi making class. She was very warm and friendly during the booking process and during the actual class. Her English is fluent, so there were no issues with communication. Thank you, Satoko-san, for introducing me to the world of mochi - explaining the different types and the special occasions when they are eaten. Thank you also for patiently showing me each step of each mochi. It wasn't as difficult as it looked! And it tasted so delicious! My husband enjoyed them too! Highly recommend this to those visiting Tokyo and looking for a cooking class!

Best Cooking Class I've Taken! - Such a lovely experience! We were taught about the cultural significance of mochi and, of course, how to make our own. We were even given recipes to take home to recreate the desserts. The desserts were also so delicious, I wanted to keep eating. Our instructor was so sweet and knowledgeable; she made the expirience unique and memorable. Will definitely be booking again in the future!

Wonderful experience of Japanese culture - Fun experience in a family environment! We were very well received by dear Satoko, who explained a number of things about Japanese culture and also about sweets. In addition to being very kind, speaks English perfectly. The sweets were delicious, super recommend the experience! Although stay a little further away from Tokyo, it was very quiet to get by metro and was also a great opportunity to know a new region, it is a neighborhood with beautiful and traditional houses! Thank you!!!
