Martina Franca, another old town rich in Baroque architecture, features the Doge’s Palace. Ostuni, known as the White City, boasts a Cathedral from the 1400s with a stunning facade and a richly decorated Baroque interior featuring 24 rose windows.

An alternative route takes you through back roads and old tracks, showcasing the colors of nature, long stretches of greenery, and trulli as part of the scenery.

Along the way, stop at a family-run farm for a traditional snack. A driver’s license is required, and the scooters are approved for 2 passengers (125 CC).
