A bee, a dog and 4 friends - Piero accompanied us, a kind, attentive and prepared boy. In addition to us 4 friends, he also welcomed my dog, a golden retriever. We spent an interesting and fun half hour. Money well spent!

The White City! - It was a very interesting experience. The boy who took us through the alleys of old Ostuni explained the history of the "white city" to us impeccably

A welcome service by tuktuk! - The tuktuk was a welcome possibility to clime to the top of the old town. Our driver, David(:?) had a lot to tell and had a great sense of humor! We enjoyed the scenery and all the tales he told us about it. The trip lasted for 30 minutes and at the end we choose to be dropped of on the main square. From there we could easily walk through the loverly little streets and visit lots of stores. So if it is a hot day like it was today, the money spent on the tuktuk service is worth it! (25 euro per person, our dog came for free!)

Pleasant tour of Ostuni - Recommended for those who do not want to walk too much. Nice experience... the driver Piero very nice, friendly and knowledgeable about the history of the city. We saw places we wouldn't have discovered on our own.

Great tour, lousy app - The tour itself was an excellent introduction to the intricate byways of this beautiful medieval town. But be sure to nail down the time you want to go. Otherwise, you’ll be scheduled at the company’s convenience. Be prepared to do all communications with the provider through Viator’s clunky system.

poor experience - Recepcionist with very bad humor, driver cool but the explains are very poor. We see we only few tourist attractions, no soul.

Disappointing! - Disappointing! We took a "tour of the village" in an Ape Calessino: they told us that the tour included a guided tour of the historic center for 30 minutes at a cost of €50. We waited our turn and got on board the Ape Calessino as soon as we got on. the driver asked us where we wanted to be dropped off, he probably thought he was doing a taxi service!, we said we wanted to be dropped off in the central square and he left. He took us on a tour outside the city, to points easily reachable even by car, without explaining anything to us and stopping in a layby to take a photo and after exactly 15 minutes he left us in the square! He told us that he couldn't go through the center because he had received fines, however we then saw people who got on after us with other drivers going through the center while we had to go up on foot! We didn't raise any controversy because it's not our custom but on the way back we explained our dissatisfaction to the staff at the information desk who simply asked us who the driver was without apologizing or remedying the "scam" that had been done to us! Absolutely disappointing!

Overpriced for a 30 minute ride down alleyways with guide that barely spoke English - $40 per person for 30 minute ride down alleys. “Guide” barely spoke English. When I spoke to her when we arrived I said we were there for the tour, she said €20 but we paid $40 on Viator. I don’t think she was even a tour guide because she couldn’t answer questions other than basic things like like name of a church. I do not recommend this at all.
