Sadly lacked Va Va Voom - Unfortunately the ladies at the tour operator desk in the car park had no record of us having bought tickets via Viator and told us we were at the wrong location. I insisted and showed them my tickets on the phone and their company name, a few phone calls later, they relented. We then waited a good 20 mins for a tuk tuk driver to arrive and when he did his English was so poor (he referred to google translate a lot) and he was quite disinterested despite us trying to initiate conversation, we hardly had any information on the town. I have very little Italian but I would have thought that as a business the ability to converse should be a pre-requisite. Subsequently listening to other tour guides - we realised what we were missing. He only became animated when he saw his friends in the town as we drove past, Maybe we got a trainee but it was an expensive and disappointing trip.

Run away! - They are set up near a parking lot 3 minutes from the historic center, we really thought we had a 30-minute walk Minutes. They make us wait 10 minutes we waited 50 minutes before seeing the tuk tuk arrive!! Guide who speaks Italian or English and makes no effort! Big scam - Scam to tourist, in principle we thought it was nice but we waited 45 mts for a tour that lasts barely 30 mts. The person was telling us it’s now but she was laughing at us, very unpleasant feeling. The people at the reception with their cigarettes are not pleasant. The tour itself is not sensational, do it on foot you will enjoy much more the historic center.
