an evening in Oslo - Nice, easy cruise ride from city center, beautiful views of Oslo. Tour app needs to be downloaded for listening at your own pace. Boat has plenty of viewing deck space, at several levels.

Relaxing tour - Gorgeous boat, amazing views and good audio info. Not too heavy on the facts but enough to learn a little more about this beautiful city. Would definitely recommend for a chilled out 1.5 hours

Pleasant trip , - Nice gentle way to relax for 1 1/2 hrs but be aware it’s just a water view of harbour area with self audio guide from app on your iPhone. No conversation guide interaction from a crew. Pleasant, but not awesome.

Oslo Fjord cruise - The ship was beautiful and excellent access for wheelchairs. The staff were friendly and polite. There is no outside seating available. The trip didn't actually go very far, we sailed around the various port areas of Oslo at a very slow speed and then returned. We were disappointed that we didn't travel further along the fjord to enjoy some more scenic areas.

Sightseeing cruise with beautiful catamaran - If you Google picture search the word "fjord" you get photos of majestic, high mountains and beautiful sea views. Do not expect to see that on this cruise. This is a cruise of the Oslofjord, which is quite different from the pictoresque fjords in other parts of Norway. This cruise takes you around the Oslofjord and the harbour area, where scenes are beautiful but not what you might expect from "a fjord cruise". The ship is fabulous, nicely designed and the cafe/bar is very good. The cruise is also wheelchair accessible.

The cruise has fun, but quietly - The Fjords - Cruise Oslofjorden
When you’re in Oslo (and especially if it’s your first time), it’s still worth taking a cruise through the fjords that stretch out in front of you when you’re at the Oslo Opera House or the extreme tip of Aker Brygge.
(Aker Brygge, part of the Sentrum district, is known for its pier where restaurants with terraced tables serve upscale Nordic and French cuisine, or simpler dishes like burgers and steaks. In short, the armored quarter as soon as it is sunny and the temperature exceeds three degrees.)
So, cruising... there are tons of them, with more or less modern boats and more or less comfortable. We chose "The Fjords - Cruise Oslofjorden", not because the boat is electric and we are looking for another way to save the planet (since Musk is considered one...), but mainly because we wanted to have space and a gigantic outside deck to "see better".
The meeting point is on the Opera House side, just across the street, near the alternative neighborhoods and saunas moored by the water. The boat is modern, quiet, full of food and drink, and – rarely – we even met a Norwegian employee smiling spontaneously (which is not always easy to find).
Other than that, the cruise lasts an hour and a half. We go around three islands in the fjords, we see two churches perched on the water’s edge or squarely in the middle, and we think it must be nice to come back in the middle of summer to enjoy the islands. Or even better: rent a cabin in the middle of one of them and lock yourself in it for a month (to write a book, for example).
But in the end, we think that we have had more exciting cruises, that we did well to do it... but we will not do it again. However, when we saw some other boats around us, we were very happy to have chosen The Fjords - Cruise Oslofjorden.
And then, it still makes a tick in the travel diary where you can say: "that, it's done".

Good luck finding a fjord! - Just returned from this super advertised oslo scenic fjord cruise. I must say it was very disappointing not to witness any fjords!. Just a simple boat ride around the choppy oslo waters. Nice & lovely yacht with friendly staff, but I'm afraid it wasn't scenic. There are better things to do than spending time here.
