Hop on and off bus Oslo - Very easy to find. Rainy day but bus had a roof so we kept dry. We were able to see many of the sights and were able to easily hop back on later in the day.

Easy pick up right at the... - Easy pick up right at the port. We had limited time as we were visiting Oslo as a port of call on the beautiful Emerald Princess and it was forecast to rain in the afternoon so we wanted to see as much as possible while we had sunshine. Bust stops were convenient and ran about every 30 minutess

A city to include in your bucket list. - The Vigilant Park is breathtaking. And touches your heart in its very core. A real wonderful celebration of mankind. The Kon Tiki and the Viking museum are very worth seeing. Affordable.

Beautiful city - The tour was very easy to access however the stops were not identifiable with numbers to correspond with our map. So on and off was a little tricky. But overall a pleasure.

Take the other company hop on hop off! - Both drivers were terrible! One even hit a huge flower pot. Busses were overcrowded and some people couldn’t even get on at some stops. The map wasn’t accurate. Hours were very short 1000 to 1600. The other hop on hop off company looked much better with longer operating hours.

Hop on Hop off in Oslo - unfortunately a bust - Because the rules for a refund do not allow for a refund, we want to at least share our experience with hopon.no of the Grey Line in Olso. Boarding directly at the ship was comfortable before and the 3 stations until the exit at the castle we had seats and could also listen to the information via the headphones that were output on the bus. That was it with the convenience. Disembarked and spent a while at the castle, our hop on hop off pleasure, which by the way cost 36 euros per person despite a 4 person discount, should continue at the stop 1/12 where we got off. The queue we encountered was huge. Walking to another stop was not an alternative, that was too far and we also had a walking-impaired friend with us. So get in line. Bus 1 arrives full, only a few get off and few from the line board, but have to stand. Bus 2 same situation. The employee of Grey Line buses had to listen to some comments. I don't sell, I'm not responsible and we have twice as many buses in use as usual, there are more coming soon, she repeated in each case. She had not actually sold any more tickets, the ticket machine remained in the jacket pocket. We had then squeezed into the third or fourth bus and preferred the standing area to another hour of waiting. Standing in city traffic is exhausting and you can't listen to the tourist information without a seat with headphone jack. Until station 5 at the museums, we had endured this. Again, we spent some time here and when it went back to stop the queue was not as big as before to our delight. However, we could not use the next 3 buses, the drivers turned us away because our tickets were from another provider. The buses of both providers are red, so visually not so easy to identify. In the finally arriving real bus, there were again only standing places. The desire for more hop on hop off stations had passed us by and we just wanted to get off at the ship, which we had done. So we could not see much of Oslo and unfortunately Oslo is not in our best memory.

Oslo - dropped the Ball - We love hop on hop off buses and feel it’s a great way to see lots of sites in a short amount of time. However, the one in Oslo really dropped the ball. I reached out to them first before posting a negative review - and was rejected any sort of refund. I have time stamped times photos - we waited for almost an hour for a bus to pick up… and ended up getting an uber to finish our day. Only rode to one stop. We tried calling (internationally) - messaging and never got through. When we finally did get to a spot to go woo to a person because we booked through Viator we have to communicate with Viator. Disappointing to have now spent the cost of the bus + an uber ($40) + an international call! Attaching a photo time stamped at 11:00am - we had been waiting for a bus for 30 minutes at that point — which they said no one else complained so 🤷🏽‍♀️ we left at 11:15 and no bus had come. Even with traffic we should have had the opportunity to get on TWO busses!

Never again - Eternal waiting times at the stops and stinking boring emotionless narratives. Finger Weg! You can walk better there
