Fun E-bike circuit of Oslo - Our guide, Lisa, did an excellent job taking us to some interesting sites around Oslo. Our group size was 7 adults. That was nice for being able to stay together. The highlight was the time spent at Vigeland Gardens. The bikes were in good repair and the electric power option was MUCH appreciated. We got to see a lot more of the city in the allotted time. Total time out and about was approximately 2 hrs and 15 minutes. Overall, a very worthwhile experience.

Outstanding - Absolutely fantastic tour by Casper. We saw so much more than we would have by ourselves, and heard some fascinating stories told passionately by Casper. Loved it, highly recommended the e-bike tour.

Superb and fun tour - It was a very fun tour and we learned a lot with the Lisa guide, I recommend the tour POR how fast you see Oslo and how well it explains everything Lisa, telling in great detail everything that is in the city with a big smile.

Casper did a great job... - Casper did a great job with a large group on a warm, sunny Oslo day. It covered all the main sights. I do feel that the group size should be smaller.

A great way to see the city - A really good tour taking in bits off the tourist trail. Alex our guide was patient and informative and cycling in Oslo is easy especially on an E Bike as all hills and slopes are a cinch! If you only have a couple of days or want an introduction to Oslo this would be a great choice

Huge area covered with detailed explanations - This was a full 3-hour cycling adventure into a variety of interesting and beautiful Oslo areas and sites - the beautiful and meandering river, the Royal Palace, the old theater, the varied architecture, old and new, and especially the highlight, the Vigeland park with its stunning and unique sculptures of people of all ages and genders (including LGBTQ) in ordinary human interactions. That park will leave an enduring positive impression on anyone who visits. Our guide, Alex, and assistant at the back, Lisa, had to manage a group larger than the 10 person maximum – we were 14 in all – and it didn’t always work well. Notably, since we were mostly single file, we often went through traffic lights, where most of the group got through on the green, leaving a few at the end to wait at the red light. Alex did not always wait on the other side with the group that got through but kept cycling. Not only did this cause separation in the group, Lisa didn’t always know in what direction Alex had gone. On one occasion she had to contact him by telephone for instructions and the tour was held up. Alex was articulate in his explanations, and added some interesting anecdotes, but he lacked the passion that I have found in guides who are the cream of the crop. That said, I did learn a lot about Norway and Oslo, although it was mostly historical facts, and not much about present day culture, politics, or daily life in Oslo. The bikes were excellent with five levels of boost, great breaks, and comfortable seats. Some had a “rat trap” at the back for holding a small knapsack or bag. I would recommend this tour because I appreciate the great distance you can cover with little effort on an E bike, however, would recommend that you ensure the group is limited to 10 to avoid some of the problems we encountered.
