Not as expected - The activity isn't as described. You don't get a 15 meals course, but only about 4-5 meals. It would be ok, if it wasn't that expensive

Cancelled one hour before and we were already in a taxi heading to the meeting place. 70$ t/t taxi rides - You canceled our tour less than an hour before we were supposed to be there. That stinks. It cost us $35 in a taxi to go to the meeting place only to find out while we were in the taxi you canceled. I think no one should use Viator unless they can be prepared not to have a tour when paid for and scheduled. I bought my ticket the morning of the tour at 11:30 AM and got an email when our ship pulled in and we got in the taxi that you canceled it due to over booking. You canceled my friends who were with us as well. Causes another $35 US to come back on the taxi to our cruise terminal . I will think long and hard before I ever use Viator again. I think your company owes us a refund on our taxis as well as the refund you said you’re sending for the tour you canceled on us. I’m very surprised that you had the nerve to ask for a review . Also, when we got down there, we tried to find the meeting place using our Google maps our GPS and everything and no one knew anything about your tour and knew anything about where to find you the name of the place there were four big places that had signs it said that same name, but that is not the place that the air pointed on my GPS from your directions . Very disappointed and I hope no one ever signs up for this tour again knowing it will get canceled by you. When I looked again, it still was up there for sale for yesterday as well. There’s something wrong with your system if you cannot manage to book and keep tours and not overbooked them . Shame on you.
