An unforgettable experience in Osaka! - An unforgettable experience in Osaka!
We were lucky to have Hugo as our guide in Osaka and we couldn’t be more grateful. From the beginning he was friendly, attentive and always positive. He was especially caring and patient with our children, which made the whole family enjoy the tour even more.
It took us to spectacular places to eat, authentic and delicious, which we would not have discovered on our own. Besides, he took amazing photos of us, always looking for the best angle and the perfect time, like a professional!
Hugo speaks excellent Spanish, which made everything clear, fluent and much closer. He answered all our questions clearly and knowledgeably, and you could tell he knows the city very well. It made every step interesting, comfortable and fun.
If you are thinking of taking a tour of Osaka, don’t hesitate to ask for Hugo. It guarantees a warm, fun and unforgettable experience!

Walking tour of Osaka - Fantastic city both beautiful and authentic. Our tour guide was exceptional and took us to all the must see sites from the stunning Osaka Castle to the cool retro area. A must see is the seafood market.

Osaka great tour - We had an incredible experience with our tour guide Hugo in Osaka! He customized the tour perfectly to our interests, taking us through the lively streets of Dotonbori, the historic Osaka Castle, and even introducing us to some local street food.
During the tour, my husband accidentally left his mobile phone in a taxi. Without hesitation, Hugo stepped in to help. He contacted the taxi company, coordinated everything, and even accompanied us to the police station to make sure we got the phone back. We were so grateful—it turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a smooth and reassuring experience.
If you’re visiting Osaka and want a thoughtful, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind guide, we can’t recommend Hugo highly enough!

This is THE tour to do in Osaka. You will not be disappointed - This was our favourite tour of our 10 day holiday in Japan. Hugo our tour guide made the tour a mixture of fun,
Delicious and informative, that we didn’t want it to end. Hugo tailored the tour to things we were interested in such as Historical, food, shopping or touristy places. We told him we wanted a mixture of everything, and we really felt like we saw the highlights, but more importantly we got to experience Osaka like a local. Tours can be so hit and miss, dependant on the guide, however we hit the tour guide jackpot with Hugo. If you get to do one thing in Osaka, let it be a tour with Hugo. We had the best day.

Private tour with Hugo is a must experience. - Amazing experience to see Osaka with a personal private guide. Hugo was absolutely amazing. He was personal and we connected immediately. Awesome tour - Hugo was an awesome tour guide! We enjoyed our afternoon tour of Osaka, and Hugo’s detailed knowledge of the Osaka Castle and the history and culture of the region. The city has much to offer in its beauty, food, landmarks, and people, and we highly recommend Hugo for a fun adventure through Osaka’s highlights.
