Highly recommend. - Our group of 6 had a wonderful day tour of Osaka today with Hugo. His communication throughout was excellent, he tailored the tour for us and was very helpful. He had very good local knowledge. We only had one day in Osaka and felt that he went above and beyond to make it a memorable experience for us. Highly recommend. Thank-you Hugo!

Great for those with limited time in Osaka - We had a terrific time touring the key sights of Osaka with Hugo. We were only in Osaka for a short while so this quick 3 hour highlights tour ticked all the boxes. Hugo was informative, fun and knew all the right spots for the best photos. Highly recommend!

Nice Winter Time (2nd round) - We recently booked again for my winter trip to Osaka, and it was as fun as last time. Antoine really knows the city—its stories, hidden spots, and all the little details most people miss.
At one point, when we were in a super crowded area, he led us to a quiet little street with a peaceful, hidden temple. It was completely empty and felt so special—something I never would’ve found on my own.
On top of that, Antoine is just so kind and helpful. We wanted to book a teppanyaki place that looked fully booked in English, but he somehow got us a reservation with no trouble at all. It’s those little things that make his tours so great.
We ended the day sharing a drink and some fun, easygoing conversations, which made the whole experience feel even more personal.
Japan can be tricky to navigate, but Antoine made our time in Osaka so smooth and enjoyable. If you want more than just a basic tour, this is definitely the way to go!

1000% recommandable - This tour was just the best we ever had (and we booked dozens of tours all around Asia and Europe).
Our guide came meet us at our hotel in the afternoon and was very flexible and arrangeant.
We went to places we could not even imagine existed! We ate in a tiny restaurant where everything was written in Japanese, we felt like we were in a japanese movie from the 80s. We also went to various places where there was no tourists.
We really felt like locals and the fact to have a personal guide was just priceless, we learned so much about Japan and japanese people in general. At the end of the day, we felt like we made a new friend.
Our guide was extremely helpful and friendly and we could feel his passion for involving us in this adventure.
We will definitely come back!!

Incredible experience with very local activities and secret spots - We loved the tour it was incredible ! With my family, we wanted to discover the secret spots of Osaka and Hugo showed us very nice spots with no tourist. We had lunch in a very small Okonomiyaki restaurant, and the chef cooked in front of us and he was very old, he was 88 years old 😂 We were the only clients in the restaurant, and we spoke 1 hour with the chef. He spoke only Japanese but Hugo translated, it was the best experience of my Japanese trip ! We were very lucky because this day there was Sumo ceremony as well and thanks to the guide we went in because its very hard to be there for a tourist. It was a perfect day, it could not be better. Thank you very much 😄

Overpriced package - It’s a overpriced half day street walk trip. The charged price does not include car and train ticket. You have to purchase separately. Compare to other day trip offered which are mostly charged at price of USD150-200 for 6 hours at other platform.
Osaka is a convenient place, very easy to navigate around. For city day tour, would be better to walk around by yourself.
