Amazing Food, Excellent Experience - Would recommend for anyone coming to Osaka who wants an authentic food experience. Saw, ate, and drank things we wouldn't have otherwise and gained context to them we otherwise wouldn't have known. Kevin was not just an amazing guide but an incredible host as well, really personalized the experience felt like hanging out with a local friend we hadn't seen in a while.

Absolutely excellent tour! - Fabulous way to see tiny establishments and interact with the local people! Our group had a blast! Got to try many local dishes and our guide made excellent recommendations for drinks at the various places. We highly recommend this tour. If you do only one guided tour in Osaka, and you enjoy food and drinks, do this one. We also did the Osaka food tour, which was fun, but this was superior to that one.

Highly recommended - Trey guided us with everything he could and explanations with some local touches made the night amazing. The time/place spent on each place is based on the crowd which makes it even better!

Wish we could have stayed longer - Great guide, informative, and fun we had good group and we mingled with locals. Had to leave the party early cause we only came to Osaka for the day.

Must-do Ōsaka Food Experience - Must-do if you want a backstreets, unique, & delicious experience. We had the best time doing this in our first night in Osaka & it set us up to really enjoy all the city has to offer. All the places Paul took us we would have never found on our own. We will be talking about this experience for a long time!

Dine & drink like a local, learn from the best - Danik is an amazing host who not only showed us some incredible food and drink spots in Osaka, but shared an abundance of local lore and cultural history that brought the tour to life. This was a highlight of a 2 week trip across Japan and I highly recommend it for those who want to dive deeper into the wonderful city of Osaka.
The fee is incredibly fair for the amount of food and drink included. The atmosphere of all the spots feels local and off the main tourist strips, with a group size that allows for engaging conversations and dialogue.
Danik made the tour are a top tier experience and I’m so happy we booked.

Izakaya Crawl - I've always wanted to go to the small Japanese bars but was always intimidated due to the language barrier. But I'm glad we did this tour because it the group consisted of six people so we got to know the other members. Paul, our tour guide, was very friendly and gave us small stories about the area we were in and info regarding the izakaya and bars that we went to. We one drink in each bar (included in the price) but had the option for more. We had some food in two of the bars and by the end of the tour I was full. Overall I highly recommend doing this tour if you're in Osaka!

Great First Night Tour in Osaka! - Paul was amazing! His stories really brought Osaka to life. The bars he took us to were unique and very Osaka. The food was delicious and plenty enough for a dinner. Would recommend this tour for a first night to get your visit to Osaka started!

The best Osaka backstreet tour there is - Ask for Kevin if you can! Incredibly friendly and a very genuinely kind dude that will show you around the back streets of Osaka - amazing Izakayas and shrines (not the ones you’d think)
