Would recommend. - Brief but good. Tour guide was lovely, answered all my questions, very knowledgeable and even gave me some tips for the rest of my trip in Japan. The tour itself was easy, you don't need a massive amount of stamina and you get to see different areas of the city and learn a bit of the history. Very nice.

Please don't book this tour... I need it available for my next booking. - "So there I was, queuing up in line with my wife for 20min when the lady behind us asked politely what we were queuing up for. I shrugged and looked expectantly at my wife... who calmly looked at me and said: I dunno! Guess we're about to find out".
Oh, Matt... storyteller, comedic stand-up and amazingly knowledgeable cycling guide who regaled us with stories and anecdotes of life in Osaka, Japan (incl the alleged Japanese' love for queuing). Made all the difference and was so remarkably patient and understanding, with my 9, 12 and 14 year old kids with differing abilities on the bike.
Our only regret was that the time flew by so fast! Would totally recommend this tour and would book it again if the chance arises. Till next time!

Revealing the City's Charms from a New Angle - My e-Bike tour of Osaka offered a fresh and captivating perspective of the city. Exploring with the knowledgeable and amiable guide added depth to the experience as she shared intriguing stories along our route. The perfect weather enhanced our journey. However, the disappointment arose when we discovered that the bikes provided were regular ones instead of the expected e-Bikes. This unexpected change left us fatigued for the remainder of the day. Despite this hiccup, the tour itself was enjoyable, offering a unique glimpse into Osaka's charm from a different angle.

Highlight of our trip! - One of the highlights of our trip! Matt was an incredible guide, super charismatic, with wonderful facts and history of Osaka. You can really tell he's passionate about what he does.
The bike route we did was not strenuous at all, and really was a great change of pace after a week of walking 20k+ steps a day in Japan (and you get to cover more ground this way!)
I would say a beginner biker can do this, since there we went through mostly bike paths and roads, however I would advise for you to be a confident biker as you may need to navigate around the occasional crowds. Thanks Matt for a fantastic 3 hours, we highly recommend this to anyone!

Great 3 hour cycle trip - Easy to book online, our guide Mayco from Osaka was excellent. Her English was excellent and made the tour fun and interesting . As a local she knew the area well!

Cycle Osaka worked hard to reschedule with us and Matt was a great tour guide! Fun biking trip! - We booked through a 3rd party website, which made it difficult to communicate well with the tour operators, but Cycle Osaka tried hard to reach me through any communication possible to let us know that our original tour had to be canceled. They were very helpful and accommodating to try to find a time and date that would be best for us to reschedule. Although we didn't get the same tour we initially booked, it ended up being the tour we needed! We went on a shorter 3-hour bike tour with Matt and we were the only party during this time. This 3-hour bike tour was a good amount of time for our first bike ride in Japan. Cycle Osaka opened up a different tour time for my family because we weren't able to attend their earlier time. For this, we are so grateful! Matt was a great tour guide! With only us 2 bikers and Matt biking around, we were able to learn so many interesting historical facts about Osaka. The sights we saw were great, but the biking around the interesting city was the best part. Biking was intimidating but Matt made it easy to follow at a good speed and had many stops to point out for us. I wish I could've taken more pictures or recorded the bike ride, but I was focused on not dying by biking into people or things. We appreciate the effort Cycle Osaka took to work with our schedule! It was a great biking tour and would definitely come by again!

Awesome snapshot of the city from the perspective of a local! - Akira did a wonderful job giving us a snapshot of Osaka from the perspective of a local! He was super knowledgeable about the history and culture and brought a whole lot of enthusiasm to the tour. He also went out of his way to make sure we all felt as comfortable and safe as possible biking through the streets of Osaka.

Half day tour of Osaka - Really great way to explore Osaka! Our guide Mayco was fantastic and helped make the most of the tour! Trek bikes provided were easy to use and shop was conveniently located 10 min walk from metro station. Highly recommended!

This tour was dope. We... - This tour was dope. We covered a lot of ground at a reasonable pace on a very hot and humid day so the breeze of the riding was ideal. Our tour guide was engaging, responsive and very knowledgable about the history and ins and out of what makes Osaka unique. There are plenty of opportunity for photos and rest so don't feel like you gotta be in great condition to do the tour. There's also a e-bike option for an additional fee.

Beautiful Osaka - What a wonderful way to experience Osaka, it's beauty, culture and amazing history. Our tour guide Matt is very knowledgeable and did an amazing job. Highly recommend to anyone new to Osaka.
