Yum ramen & gyoza - Before the cooking class, our instructor Luka took us to some local shops and I bought plum wine, and different sesame seeds for cooking and flavor. The instructions for making ramen broth and gyoza were easy to follow and a lot of fun! If you want to do something chill and still learn about Japanese culture, then you should take a cooking class.

The best cooking school - Yuka was extremely helpful and informative. We made the best okonomiyaki and Yuka had plenty of tips for the home cook. We had a wonderful walk through her neighborhood and visited her favourite shops. Yuka has excellent English. I would highly recommend.

Great experience - My son and I absolutely loved this cooking experience. Yuka is an amazing host. She first took us to a few local food stores for tastings and then to her kitchen to make tonkatsu curry. She was very patient in explaining and showing us the various processes, while also sharing about Japanese culture and gave us tips on good places to eat and visit. Definitely recommend this experience, thank you so much Yuka! Gochisousamadeshita

Amazing cooking class, delicious food and tour of some local shops. Thoroughly recommend! - A fantastic cooking class, started with a tour of the local shops and shrine with samples from the local shopkeepers. Really well explained and lovely to see some authentic local business, we actually went back and did some shopping at some after! The cooking itself was easy to follow and Yuka-san was amazing, so lovely and helpful. The okinomiyaki came out absolutely delicious and I can't wait to make it at home! 100% worthwhile activity, never felt rushed and great for taking home some new easy skills.

Super fun, engaging, and delicious cooking class experience! - We had such a lovely experience with Yuka's cooking class! She is so kind and gave us an interesting tour of local shops along with cool historical facts about places we visited. Afterwards, we went to her cooking class to learn how to make ramen and gyoza. She's very patient and fun to learn from! She's also great at speaking English, so it's very accessible if you don't speak good Japanese. Her kitchen is very clean and organized. I appreciate how she went the extra mile to share cool recommendations with us for restaurants and places to visit. We will definitely be coming back the next time we visit Japan! Thanks, Yuka, for the wonderful experience!
