The day before the car is scheduled for use, the operator will reach out. Please ensure to provide your LINE ID or WeChat number when placing your order. After reserving the ID, activate the new friend setting to allow customer service to contact you promptly.

Once in the car, the driver will take the quickest highway route directly to the hotel without any stops.

Upon ordering the pick-up service, the customer service team will be available to assist you from 8 am to 11 pm Japan time. Should any issues arise, please contact customer service immediately.

In the event that the pick-up flight is delayed by more than 2 hours and a vehicle replacement is not possible, the order can be canceled at no charge. If the flight is canceled or due to weather conditions, the order can also be canceled free of charge.

If there is a delay in the pick-up flight, please inform customer service as soon as possible, ideally before the flight departs. The team will attempt to arrange a vehicle for you. If a replacement is not feasible, the order can be canceled at no cost.

For flight cancellations due to unavoidable circumstances like adverse weather, you can cancel the order free of charge upon providing proof.

The voucher will include the driver’s and vehicle’s details for the day of the trip. To ensure timely confirmation of this information, the voucher will be sent one day prior to the trip. Your understanding is appreciated.
