Excellent day! - Absolutely brilliant day. Such an interesting place to visit. Captain Mike was really enthusiastic and knowledgeable on the airboat tour. Could have spent a lot more time at Wild Florida; much more to see and experience than we realised. Gray Line tours were really good, clear information about pick up times and what to expect from the excursion. Our driver Brad was particularly great, he was very knowledgeable about the area and made the journey very interesting. He sorted out everything for the group when we arrived and made sure everybody had everything they needed and knew what they needed to know, to have a full and positive experience. Definitely recommend.

Great trip - Brad, our driver picked us up 10 minutes early. He was very good & very informative. He even called some birds & told us about them when we came across him at hawk swamp. Airboat ride was also good & we saw several alligators and herons before wandering around the animals & seeing the shows in Wild Florida adventure.

Great day trip if you love critters!!! - Great park, great airboat ride. We had some unexpected rain and the park was still able to get us on an airboat once the weather cleared up. Don't miss the fennec foxes! Mauricio provided transportation and took great care of us. Thanks Mauricio!!!

Very peculiar set up - would recommend you just sort your own transport and go yourself. - Honestly, dreadful. This is my first ever one star review, but I was so surprised at how bad this experience was - especially with other reviews! I have been on lots of tours around the world on my own and without question this was the worst. This isn't a tour, it's an expensive taxi service on a bus that desperately needs maintenance as with every bump or turn it was creaking and making concerning metal groan noises. Pick up was on time, the tour guide was friendly but provided us absolutely no information on the plan, the day or anything. Took about 45 minutes of some of the scariest driving I've ever experienced. I decided ten minutes in I was absolutely not going home the same way - and I am not a nervous passenger. When we got there, it was a 30 minute sign in process as the guide had absolutely no idea who was doing what. Because you book a 'tour', but the people on the bus with you could be doing other stuff entirely and he didn't have any idea who had what. The women at the counter of wild Florida couldn't be less interested in helping and I did feel very sorry for everyone trying to sort it out. We were then given a couple of times to go back for things like the airboat tour (fun, and loads of wildlife so worth doing). Then, in an incredibly peculiar setup, I was the only one in the bus doing the safari tour. So they were going to drive just me, on a huge bus, through the safari park. This seemed incredibly small minded to me and a huge waste of resources. And just, bad planning. None of it was made clear that the tour was a 'pic n mix' style. After the airboat tour and wandering around wild Florida for an hour I left. The bus wouldn't have left till 4pm and I was out of there before 12. An additional four hours would have been interminable. You would be far better off booking your own transport to Wild Florida (although I wouldn't recommend it in the slightest, Gatorland is vastly superior with staff that are actually pleasant, better conservation outcomes and animal welfare). I'm sure this is probably my own fault for assuming this was more of a tour, and less of a taxi service, but I would argue the description is misleading.
