There is an aerial walkway through the canopy, about 100 feet high, and a gondola ride up a mountainside for some beautiful views.
• Bald Hills Road - Bald Hills Road offers several destinations, including the Lady Bird Johnson Grove, a beautiful stand of old-growth redwoods. Further along, the Redwood Creek Overlook provides incredible views of both old-growth and second-growth forests, and with some luck, a rare California condor might be spotted.
• Lady Bird Johnson Grove - The Lady Bird Johnson Grove is notable not only for its stunning old-growth redwoods but also as the site of two significant ceremonies, including the official dedication of the new Redwoods National Park in 1968.
• Thomas H. Kuchel Visitor Center - The final visitor center in the park is approaching. The Kuchel Visitor Center boasts a beautiful oceanfront location and features several small exhibits about the area’s original inhabitants, including the Yurok, Tolowa, Hupa, and Chilula people.
