Very Much Recommend This Store. - We are repeat customers of Kays. This is not the American chain you see in malls. They are an independent store. Excellent merchandise and friendly staff. We've purchased from them for over 20 years. Definitely different from your run of the mill Caribbean jewelry store. Shop with confidence. My wife loves her new bracelet.

Kay's Family Taking Care of You Like You are Family - The experience we have every time we visit here is nothing short of fabulous. Tesh, Joe, and Merilyn always treat you and make you feel just like family. We have visited and purchased several times in the past. Recently we had a need to have one of my wife's rings and a bracelet repaired. It was as easy as sending an email letting them know, and no questions asked, the next thing you know Laura is reaching out to us and keeping us informed of when things have been picked up and shipped. The repair team did an amazing job as well, and my wife was very happy that they looked as new as the day they were purchased. The only place you should be shopping for jewelry! Thank you for always taking care of our family!

Quality Jewelry + Knowledgeable Staff = A Very Satisfied Customer - My first trip to Kay’s Fine Jewelry was in April 2004. My husband and I went in so I could purchase a pair of diamond stud earrings. We were treated with a welcomed smile from Tesh Chugani, a glass of champagne, and invited to browse the vast array of jewelry. No high pressure sales here. We sipped champagne and began looking at the diamond studs. Little did I know my husband planned on buying me a new engagement ring to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. 2 hours later, I was the proud owner of a gorgeous blue and white diamond engagement ring, a blue and white diamond pendant, and my diamond stud earrings, all at a price far below what we would have paid in the States for the exact same thing. In 2021, we traveled to St. Maarten, and had another wonderful Kay’s Fine Jewelry experience, this time with Mrs. Chugani (I like to call her Mama Chugani). We enjoyed the same level of knowledgeable, friendly, and an enjoyable shopping experience. The sales team, at any of their locations, wants nothing more than to have you leave the store as a satisfied customer, by providing you with some amazing prices for their jewelry creations. It’s no wonder why Kay’s Fine Jewelry is the BEST jewelry store in the Caribbean. I’m happy to have maintained a 20+ year friendship with them.
