Amazing Day - UTV waiting right out side of port, we had a blast exploring the island our way! Great experience we highly recommend visiting beaches and seeing their beautiful island

Explore the island on your own time!! - This company was great! We booked through Viator and arrived a little before pickup time around 745 all the UTV were in great condition and the gentleman that gave us our keys went over the whole map and safety features (pay attention) gave us some great recommendations like instead of doing the tour like everyone else do it backwards to avoid the crowds. You can’t get lost the roads are nice little bumpy at times and it was great because we weren’t with a tour eating others dust and we could take our time at different stops we even saw the donkey sanctuary.

UTV rental - Was perfect. Met us at our resort with the UTV. Communicated well throughout. Would highly recommend

Must do - They let us switch to a jeep because it was hot and so we could go into the national park. Thank you! We had a great time!

Independence in exploration - This was such a great option for touring the island. Renting a UTV was exciting and also gave us the flexibility to explore where we wanted on our own time frame.

The Best UTVs on the Island - We highly recommend this company. Initially when I did my research, although close to 5 Stars, there were some 1 Stars reviews that concerned me - being scammed related to the true gas level, one sided terms and conditions, and UTVs not being in best of shape with some experiences of the engine warning signs coming on all day. Since it was only a couple of 1 Stars amongst 500 comments, and rates (8hrs) being reasonable, we took the chance. I’m glad we did! From pick to drop off, my family had nothing but great experiences, and overall, an outstanding time with no concerns irt the renting process and the UTV, the motor car. As soon as I got there, I saw a UTV which I liked, and immediately without hesitation they upgraded my UTV with a brand new 5 seater without question. The one I liked. All we had to do was enjoy the day with my family. Upon arrival at the gas station, an employee was already there waiting for me and he pumped the gas while I paid inside. He also had a car ready at the station to take us back immediately providing some fun and interested conversation topics for our ride back to our hotel. The TC is a bit one sided but I do think there is mutual risks in renting an equipment like such. We will back again with add’l families!

Very happy - Very happy with this experience. We were picked up a few minutes early from the hilton, and the driver kept in touch with us as she was on her way. No problem at all picking it up, we were given a map and certain points of interest were explained, as well as some other facts. We’re very happy.

Amazing Day - All of it was amazing from pickup to drop off.I highly recommend this company! All so pay attention if you go to the NATURAL BRIDGE,there is a nice little private beach area about 2-3 minutes on the left before bridge 👍

Worst excursion ever - Although the check-in staff for Jean’s Rentals were friendly, it was difficult to find their location. I’ll admit that I’ve never been in a side-by-side. When we made the reservation, the photo made it look like the ATV had a windshield - it did not. This vehicle was very windy, noisy, and the front passenger door regularly came unlatched! The off-road path on the northeast side of the island was EXTREMELY rough, not a little rough as the staff described it. We gave up and returned the ATV halfway through our rental time! This company does not have an office at the rental location. We finally reached them by phone, and we were instructed to leave the vehicle parked where we picked it up, and put the keys in the unlockable glove box! Although we did see some beautiful coastline, we left with an unfavorable impression of Aruba.

Rent a side by side, not this UTV - The UTV is good for around town, but if you want to go off road, do not rent from here. UTV’s with no suspension, and trails are rough. No trail maps offered, just “It’s a small island, you won’t get lost. While there are a lot of roads, and some go through some not great areas of Aruba.
