Dolfi was ever friendly and knowledgeable. He took us everywhere. We were supposed to go and helped us take a lot of pictures and selfies. We even went to some places that weren’t on the list. He kept us on schedule, even though several roads were closed due to a bike race. Went out of his way very often for us. Provided us with snacks and water throughout the trip.

Driver was 1/2 hour late of estimated time
Black van not clean, windows dirty
Driver had deficient microphone
Difficult to understand him when talking
We heard him fine without the Mike but still did not understand all
He took 2 phone calls/- one quite lengthy
He was pleasant and helped us in and out of the van
He was a good driver
