Dolphins galore… - We took the dolphin/sunset tour and it was amazing. We had a nice ride out through the bay and after about 45 mins we had multiple dolphins join the ride. The dolphins surged along with the boat for at least 25-30 minutes! They were swimming along on both sides of the boat, jumping and playing and enjoying themselves. It was the most wonderful thing to see and catch on video. The captain of the boat stayed out in the bay longer and even turned the boat around so everyone could enjoy the amazing sight. It was the best boat tour ever!

Wonderful sunset cruise - My husband and I opted for this cruise and it was a wonderful way to spend some time for our 30th anniversary, we were able to see lots of dolphins playing and interacting with the different dolphin boats in the bay and the captain and crew were great with restaurant recommendations and local info on the homes and landmarks we passed by. Fun music played and great for adults and families. I would definitely take this again. My only advice is to be sure you leave for the docks early. We were traveling from our hotel in Foley and the 40 minute drive ended up taking just over an hour. We almost missed our cruise because of traffic and an expressway that is everything but an “express” way to get to your destination. That said, we made it and it was a wonderful experience, The sunset on the water is truly breathtaking.

Amazing time! Lots of dolphins and friendly staff. - We took the sunset dolphin cruise. Morning of the tour, I saw a QR Code flying off the back of a plane. Booked the tour for myself, my two teens and my parents (in their 70s). Mom has balance issues and Jesse (the deckhand) was great with helping her. He made sure she got down the few steps safely. Metro (the captain) was super friendly and got us just a few feet from a pod of dolphins. We saw at least 4 pods, and the best part was when Metro had the dolphins “surf” in our wake. We all had a wonderful time, and we’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something to do in Gulf Shores/Orange Beach!

Highly recommend!!!! - Very pretty views, nice staff. It takes about 30-40 min to get to the area with the dolphins but it’s 100% worth it!! We saw so many it was amazing! And then watching the sunset on the way back was a peaceful and enjoyable ride. There is an air conditioned area on the boat if you get too hot and snacks and cocktails for purchase.

Very poor customer service!! - Rented a condo thru beachball properties in Orange Beach, AL. TV and Toaster oven were broke when we got there. Notified Beachball the first day and it took them 4 days to come and look at the problem and then it wasn't until the next day before it was fixed. I found out their maintenance was told of the problem for 4 days even though they told me someone would be there in 24 hrs. or less.

Terrible experience - This was our 10th sunset dolphin cruise with Top Tier on the Southern Rose. We kept coming back because the cruises were so relaxing and fun. This cruise was very disappointing. First off, children were supposed to have on life jacket if on the outside—per the captain before our boarding the boat. Several did not. Kids were running up and down the metal staircase in full view of the captain. The boat was very overcrowded which has not been the case before. The captain got out of the no-wake area and quickly found a shrimp boat with 3 dolphins following behind it. He followed the shrimp boat in a circle for an hour and a half. All of the other cruises we have taken took us all over the intercoastal waterway looking in different areas for dolphins. This was not fun at all. I sent an email the night of the cruise expressing my disappointment and received no response. I guess if you have no competition, you could care less about whether or not your customers are satisfied. It was definitely our last cruise with them.

Do not reccomend - Air conditioned 2nd floor observation deck very hot. Did not see dolphins. Did not see a sunset (was advertised as sunset dolphin cruise). Sound system very poor could not hear captain pointing out points of interest. Sat for 45 minutes just outside of jetties not under power I guess to save gas and induce seasickness. Did not play beach music. Would not reccomend ever.
