Adnan is excellent - It’s a long drive but it’s worth it. The views, the contrast to Croatia, the historical narrative from the driver all make you feel like you are entering a different world.

Pock up was on time.... - Pock up was on time. Operator communicated the exact pickup location the day previous day. Driver/tour guide was good. Explained the history and provided context.

Valuable experience - The Kravice Waterfall is beautiful and the waterfalls flowing down through the greenery are worth seeing. Mostar is a city with its own culture. Although it has a history of wars, conflicts and destruction, seeing the bridge rebuilt by people with the fusion of different cultures is more than just sightseeing. Visiting a completely different place from the beautiful Dobrovnik was a valuable experience. The guide was kind and friendly. January is probably the season when there are few tourists, but I enjoyed it very slowly.

The best tour I ever had, hands down! - Our tour guide Zach was truely amazing. The best guide I ever had. He is friendly and really funny, he knows so much about everywhere we went or passed and awnsered every question we had. It was such an amazing experience. I really do recommend this trip to everybody. Nog only Zach was amazing but also the firm itself, everything was organised really well and it was such a unbelievable experience. Everybody should try this trip if you would like to experience something really unique.

Long ride back but would recommend and do it again - Zack was an amazing tour guide that made our trip so much better. He kept telling us more and more about the towns we we’re passing through and gave introductions to every stop. We we’re only with 5 people in a van and there was nobody else at the waterfall which made it so much more chill and fun
Even just looking at the islands, mountains and small villages made the trip great

Very long but great day out - Waterfalls and Mostar amazing. Pocitelj cool small village. Didn’t have long at the waterfalls was the only negative. Drazen one of the best tour guides I have ever had with vast knowledge and would highly recommend.

Tour guide was clueless…..the city of Mostar was beautiful - The place of Mostar is beautiful and Kravice Falls is gorgeous. However our driver/guide (name starts with an A) was a complete disaster. He was extremely unprofessional.
Firstly he arrived late (over slept apparently); there too many of us in the van and I was sitting in the front with my friend. He didn’t know any history of dubrovnik or the places we were going. Whenever he stopped he continued to chain smoke so when he got into the van the smell lingered and gave us all a headache. The ladies in the back couldn’t hear him - whatever info he did provide about some towns. Whatever history he did provide was incorrect because we had taken a history tour already in Zagreb and knew a lot of it.
For lunch he took us to a restaurant in Mostar where he always frequents.; he then proceeded to sit with us rather than leave us alone. He stayed at a table with some younger girls who he seemed to like. And Ofcourse smoked. Me and my friend had to move away from that table and go elsewhere.
It was also a disaster getting into Bosnia because he didn’t have the right paperwork for the van (he blamed it on his boss).
He did warn us about gypsies and watch our wallets and unfortunately one of the ladies in our van - her wallet got stolen. It was just a disaster of a trip. The stolen wallet wasn’t his fault. He also was very reckless driver and continued to stop at places for “bathroom breaks” and smoked.
I think his inexperience showed. The guide makes or breaks your trip and this one was just that. I did enjoy the town of Mostar where we had 3 hours. Several other folks who have done this trip before (not sure if this particular tour company) said their guide was so informative and it made all the difference. Just sad our trip wasn’t as memorable.
