Important Information Before Booking:

1. For transfers with luggage, the maximum capacity is 4 guests plus 5 suitcases. Without luggage, up to 5 guests can be accommodated.
2. Guests using manual wheelchairs are warmly welcomed! However, we are unable to accommodate guests using electronic wheelchairs who cannot move independently.
3. For contact, please use “WhatsApp” or text message. Phone calls are not accepted.

Information to Know Before Pickup Day:

1. The operator will provide the driver’s name and vehicle’s plate number 3 days prior to the pickup day.
2. The driver will arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled meeting time. Please present your booking details to the driver.
3. For 1-4 guests, 1 vehicle is used; for 5-8 guests, 2 vehicles; and for 9-12 guests, 3 vehicles. If your group exceeds the maximum capacity, please book according to your group size.
