Good view, food, water adventure activities - Was a fun family trip with my parents and 6 year old boy. Banana boat is not allowed for under 10. They ask if you want to flip or not. flip Don’t wear anything that could come off with the jerk of the flip like swimming goggles, long chains. Speed boat was super fun and my son was allowed too. There is a small beach patch for a 10 to 20 mins stop. Snorkeling is not suitable there. The scenery was beautiful, weather was perfect, food was great: freshly grilled prawns were great. Veg food options are also yummy. Don’t forget your passport even if you are a UAE resident. The time to cross the border could go upto 3 hours so be prepared with food and water.

Good value tour - It was a good value for money tour as a transfer to Oman and cruise activity. However, it took about two hours to get across the Omani border, and it's unfortunate that the wait was too long.

Manage Expectations and you'll have a nice day! - All in all, my friend and I had a good day! The landscape was beautiful, the weather was also great, the crew were lovely and the lunch provided was really delicious! The breadth of activities and flexibility in the programme was also very nice, the transport worked well and the communication from the provider has been on point too. However, there were a few things that we had imagined differently. For example, there was a lack of safety instructions for any of the activities and the boat itself. There was also no life ring or floating device in the water and the speed boat kept on passing relatively close to the swimmers forming lots of waves. So, if you're a confident swimmer, no problem, but it did feel a little uncomfortable from time to time. I personally was most looking forward to the snorkelling activity, however, was disappointed because the masks were quite torn, leaking water inside and they did not have fins in my size. I have provided this feedback to the operator as well and they said they are looking into the snorkelling equipment, so hopefully this won't be an issue for people in the future. All in all, it was still a nice day and my friend and I enjoyed ourselves, it was just not quite as expected!

Beware if you are a tourist, please read! - I had the worst time ever! This tour wasn’t meant for tourists so if you are a tourist, check who you are going with before you book. We were a group of approximately 50 people and amongst them, we were only about 10 tourists and all the other participants were mainly Indian men resident workers in Dubai. I was looking forward to a sailing day, where I would sunbathe, enjoy water activities and swimming but couldn’t do anything and had to keep my clothes on as I had most of the time, 40 pairs of men’s eyes staring at me. I felt really intimidated at all times. Don’t get me wrong, the drivers, the dhow crew were very nice, the food wasn’t bad and the activities would have interested me if I had been surrounded by tourists like myself and not by this group of men. Also, because they were residents, it took us more than an hour to cross the border as they needed to come off the coach to have their papers checked which tourists didn’t have to do. Finally, it took me 4 and half hours to reach my hotel in the evening. It was really an awful day.
